Tony saved me on I80 WB after a blow out on the front drivers tire at 75mph(that was a real interesting situation as I was in the left lane and had to make it to the right shoulder). Tony got to me within 30 minutes of my call to Riteway. Price was great. Tony was great. Use them.

What kind of an auto 🛺 shop that repairs certain vehicles, I've called 🤔 and ask the man about my 2007 Nissan Quest and he said they can't repair it. Riteway is Full-of-it way.

Ray was professional and very helpful. He was able to point out the problem with my car immediately and I was able to pick it up the same day!

Great place to be if you need help. I told Ray the problem, and he was already in the process of fixing it. The urgency was unreal and to the point. I drive for Uber/ Lyft, so the hustle is necessary.

Great professional customer service, always honest when inspecting my vehicles. They Never inflate the cost of my repairs. Great choice!

It's a nice auto repair shop with the staff being okay and how they treat you, the service of the auto repairs being done to your vehicles can be prompt. Although it is expensive. Compared to other big name brand repair shops they still get the job done but lack the quality of how much information they will give you on your car. They cannot do everything there but they can get parts placed.

This is my go to shop for all of my vehicle needs. Rite way is professional, reliable, and has always gotten my car back to me faster than anticipated even when new parts have been needed for my vehicle. It’s nice to have a shop to go to knowing you will not be overcharged. Ray over delivers every time!

I will recommend this place to anyone. I went in for engine work and they fixed my car the same day I was very surprised by this. The work was excellent I haven't had any more problems and the price was more than fair. As I said before I recommend this place to anyone any auto problems you are having with your car take it here and it will be fixed and you will be satisfied fully. The owner has always been straight forward with me and I truly appreciate that. They are very knowledgeable and the fees are reasonable. As long as I live in Illinois, I will bring my vehicle to this shop for servicing.

Didn't fix the problem, but nailed down what it was and how long we had to fix it. Bringing the car back this week for repairs :) Ray is such a good guy

Usually a decent place. My opinion of Ray completely changed after this last episode, however. A week repair (at the most) took 3 weeks to complete. Ray couldn't fix the problem, had to send it to another shop, and STILL wanted to charge me full price for the work. When I argued that a discount would be fair, he proceeded to yell and holler at me over the phone. Very unprofessional. Sad, but I'm not going there again.

I have been going to Riteway Auto and known Ray for more than 15 years, Ray and his staff are very professional and courteous. The service provided is affordable, completed in a reasonable amount of time and top notch you leave the shop feeling confident and knowing your vehicle is safe and has been take care of...I wouldn't trust my vehicle anywhere but Riteway.
