Been dealing with Sub Tow 15 + years from the office to the tow guys great team, highly recommended, thanks for serving the area

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD, I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT A FEW DAYS AGO AND THE STATE POLICE INVOLUNTARILY TOWED MY CAR HERE, I GO AND TRY TO RETRIEVE MY THINGS OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND THEY SAY I HAVE TO PAY $275 PLUS 45 A DAY THAT THE CAR IS SITTING!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM! THEY WOULDN’T EVEN LET ME GO TAKE PICTURES OF MY VEHICLE

I’ve had some terrible experiences with towing companies but this was not one. Jenna was great! Definitely recommend these guys.

Wonderful customer service. The owner and drivers went above and beyond. Erik was awesome helping us out of a jam and finding a solution. I highly recommend them.

This place is the best. Erik saved us. My friend was towing her RV when the drive shaft broke and dropped on the corner right past Suburban Towing. Erik was pulling out with his wrecker for lunch when he saw us at the stop sign. Traffic was every where. He quickly towed us off the intersection to safety. After examining the truck, he was able to disable the drive shaft so she could drive the truck and rv to Suburban Towing yard. They took very good care of us. We were stranded. The entire staff made us feel comfortable until our ride came. They took care of us, the truck and her rv. We highly recommend Suburban Towing for all of your Towing needs. Hopefully we won't need them again, but we sure appreciate them and their help. We are from out of state and had no idea what we were going to do. THANK YOU ALL AT SUBURBAN TOWING.

Horrible service!!! I accidentally parked in the wrong spot and saw the guy towing me. I went up to the truck very friendly just to ask for details and the guy completely ignored me and sped off with my car. Then they don’t even allow you to get your car back until Monday if you’re towed on Saturday night!!! Worse company in the entire world! What type of tow company doesn’t allow you to get your car back the same night when you pay the fine?!??

A good place to get your car towed when it down to take to shop. Very reasonable

Christy at Suburban Towing had my back from the moment we walked in. We weren't having a great day, and after we were ready to go, an outside locksmith jerked us around. Christy wasn't having it. She got on the phone and advocated for us and wouldn't leave us after hours until our vehicle was up and running. If Suburban Towing served pancakes, I would eat them, if they made clothes, I'd buy em. As it is, if I need a tow, I'm calling these folk. Thank you for all your kindness. Also, ST, you can't pay an employee enough to get that kind of service, so you better count yourself lucky, and treat yours with lots of appreciation and kindness!

Driver went above and beyond in helping me out of a bad situation. Very satisfied with the service. The driver whose name is escaping me right now (sorry!) found me a tire replacement when everyone I called said no.

I feel that they charged way to much for the services they provided therefore I wouldn't use them again in any situation peroid

Highly recommend! Robert picked up our tractor that was stranded on the highway at 1am. Since the shop was closed, he took it back to their location so it could be safely kept in their yard. The next morning, he took it to the shop. 10/10 customer service and prompt service.

Giving a choice, I wouldn't use anybody else. Been using South suburban towing since the 1980s. Great people to work with.

Called for a tow used them a week ago for the same service a wench out called again tow driver went up on the price for the same service and when I questioned the price I got a call back from the answering service that he will not be coming to provide the service but she could have sent somebody else but she refused to

They charge you for a day that they are closed. They close at noon on Saturdays when a lot of people are working at noon virtually guarantee them 2 days to charge you for your car to be on the lot and then they have the balls to charge you for the day you are picking it up even though you pick it up an hour after they open. They robbed me and my wife of 3 days and $120 and god knows how many other people they are robbing doing the same thing. I'm not done with them either. They robbed the wrong person

They handled my car with no care , my wheel alignment is messed up because of them . Also someone drove my car to another location. I am looking for a corporate office or something to make a report on them .

Gives you a rate that seems reasonable, but after arriving at final destination pretty much doubles it and then it starts. “If you don’t pay, I’m taking it to my impound and fee will double again”! If you try to say something and at least get some kind of explanation why rate almost doubled, in the middle of your sentence your hear “refusing to pay? I’m taking it to my impound” Mentioning stuff like “we do tows for state police” why? What does it have to do with anything? Start using some gangster like slang. Wow! Horrible people. Want to feel robbed? Use them and good luck

Fair prices, nice staff, and very professional. They seem to care about people and helping more then just making money.

I was here yesterday after my car got towed, and i am not happy about it, but i have to give a high five to the ladys in the office! When i got here there was a lady screaming about her car getting towed, because she didnt have a drivers license. she was calling them names and being very very rude. Not only did the 2 girls in the office stay very calm, they tried to help, and were very respectful. I work in customer service, and sometimes, its hard to be professional, so i wanted to give a shout out to these 2 ladys for handling this situation with kindness! Im still mad about my car, but its not your fault. its mine. Great job Suburban! Great employees!!!!

Called them for a lockout and the guy that showed up dropped on of the tools in between the door and now my window is jammed. Not only did they still charged me full price but now they won’t try solving the issue and take responsibility for their mess up.

This place is the best! I needed a tow, and when 2 other tow companies in this area, told me I'd be waiting for 2 hours... I called Suburban, and not only did they get to me in 15 mins, they were professional, polite, and very compassionate! They went above and beyond to help, not to mention they're very reasonably priced! I hope that I don't need many tows in the future, but if I do, this will always be my go to place!
