Bionic really works hard at tending to their customer’s needs. I would definitely go back when shopping for more auto parts.
They say they give 6 month warranty but they gave us a bad transmission twice and every time we call they transfer us to our sales rep that doesn’t answer the phone and we called them multiple times trying to get help from someone other than the sales guy (Chris) and they say they can’t, it has to be the sales guy . Chris has not been helpful at all he doesn’t answer his calls EVER we’ve been trying to reach him for the past 2 weeks. Will not be doing business with them ever again. Highly recommend not to deal with them if you’re looking for a headache free experience. We spent $1500 for the transmission and labor on top of that and still in the same spot we were in the beginning.

Miko at Bionic Autoparts in Illinois is hands down the best used car parts salesman I’ve ever worked with — and I’ve dealt with plenty. We’ve purchased many motors and transmissions from him, and the warranties they offer on used parts give me total peace of mind. Miko really knows his stuff, is super honest, and always goes the extra mile to find me the best parts and the best deals. Working with him is easy (and actually fun), which is rare in this business. Over time, he’s gone from just my go-to parts guy to almost like a friend. If you want someone way above the rest in the used parts game, Miko’s your guy!
We drove 4 and a 1/2 hours because they said they had the part. We called several times and told them we would get there at 5 and tried to even make a payment over the phone. They did nothing to help and we got there at 5 and they wouldn't help us. What kind of customer service is that. Thanks for nothing.

Exquisite customer service experience. Had to purchase an engine replacement for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. Because of the large purchase amount, my bank rejected the transaction 4 times. I appreciated JOSE's patience+professional during this process as he had to resend the electronic invoice each time I requested.

I had hard time finding a driver seat for my Toyota Sienna 2020 in Chicago, got their phone number through a mechanic, confirmed the part, drove there the next for three hours it was worth the drive. Just wished I knew about them earlier.
This shop is a very good shop. I bought a truck from them. And I had them put a new engine in and they did a very good job and I had my truck for 10 years and it still run like a champ with the engine they dropped in The best shop I ever had good service at
I wish I could give zero stars. Before going to this business I called and was transferred to parts by a representative and no one never answer. I then drove to the location on North Ave requesting help in seeing if a battery I needed was in stock. Two rude male employees told me that I will have to search through multiple batteries to see if mine was there as if I knew what I was looking for. They were both on their phones and very unattended. I found this to be very unprofessional and rude.
Please go to hell with your sarcastic response with the Walmart comparison. If a customer ask for assistance they should be helped. Not all customers have automotive experience. It’s probably one of the lazy ones who responded to my post.
I would give a negative rating if I had the option. This location has extremely irresponsible employees—avoid it at all costs. They mislead customers and provide false information.
I was looking for a specific bumper and called this location, where an employee named Miko answered. He informed me that the bumper I needed was at a different location in Milwaukee. He said I couldn’t inspect it in person but assured me that if I paid half the amount, they could ship it to their Chicago location for pickup.
Since I had no other option, I agreed to the terms and made the payment. During our call, I clearly told Miko that I was coming from Ohio to Chicago just to pick up this bumper. I specifically asked if there were any issues with it, to which he responded that everything was fine except for a few minor scratches. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the purchase.
However, after picking up the bumper and bringing it home, I discovered that it was dark brown instead of black, as I had requested. Worse yet, the fog lamp holders on both sides were broken—something Miko never mentioned. When I called him to address these issues, he denied ever discussing the bumper’s condition and abruptly ended the call in the middle of our conversation.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of honesty and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away from this location.
Massive operation, selling tons of parts. Honestly though their staff over the phone or easy to work with, the parts arrive as expected, they will load up what you need with a forklift if it's palletized and in my case they help me toss the stuff in the back of my car since it was a bit big. No complaints here. Don't expect a super posh establishment, it's an old Warehouse with old Auto parts going through it so manage expectations there, but what they've got is fairly priced and accurately represented

I am another auto recycler. I have been in the business over 25yrs. I ordered a headlight lamp from them. I will say, the shipping was quick. Unfortunately, when I opened the box and unwrapped the light, it was broken. It was not packaged the best and was broken during shipping because the broken parts were in the box. When I contacted them, they asked for pictures which I sent. Then they told me they wouldn't give me a refund because it left their place in good shape. I got Hector on the phone and he agreed to pick the part up. The part has been back to them for two weeks and still no refund. No response to my emails. Very very poor business practices. I would never treat a customer this way. I will never do business with them again. Thanks for the response to my review. It's Friday and noone has ever reached out to me like your response says

As a 1st time buyer I had a really great and positive experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, as well friendly and personable. I bought a transmission that worked out great and the price was great. Knowing they could ship/deliver to the auto shop was a perfect surprise. I bought a door assembly for Camaro from this seller. The seller sent me the door with defects, without some fuzzy details. I had to buy a separate interior panel and door hinges. I sent the seller pictures of what he sent me and he does not react to it in any way. Be careful when you buy from him. I had to spend an additional $ 150, because he sent me with defects and the lack of parts that were in the description.

on September 16, the seller refunded the money for the defective product. For this I am grateful to him.
