Sims Metal Managenent are crooks. Specifically John Snyder our representative who has has lost multiple pickups and under paid us every time. Recent he gave us $25 for 1800lvs of steel and lost a barrel with nearly 800lbs in it. He’s rude, combative and a bald face liar in regards to scrap costs and losing our material.
The operators very unprofessional takes him 45 minutes to load a truck and when they go on a break it’s not an hour it’s an hour and a half
