I had a very bad experience with the customer service lady Denise. I had a nail in my tire and instead of asking the mechanic if he is able to patch it up, she right away said it was not fixable. She right away try to sell me 4 tires, when I was telling her I only needed one tire. She wanted to charge me 180 for a new tire with a brand called Cooper, which is an okay brand, but lied saying it’s one of the best tire brands in the market. I was very suspicious by everything so I had just ask them if they can just use my spare tire to change it out, and they charge me $40 with my spare tire. When I went to another mechanic place, they told me the bad tire I had was fixable and only charge me $15 to patch up the tire with the nail on it.
if your able to lie about one tire, what else would you lie to me about when it comes to my car ??? Unless Denise gets fired, I will never go back to Midas ever again. Please don’t let her trick you all to spending more money than you have to. Worse customer experience I ever had in my life.
I got my vehicle serviced today and it was an overall great experience. The customer service representative was excellent and was able to give me a full outline on future repairs for my vehicle.

I called for an appt they told me 4pm Denise did when i show up its sorry drop it off it will take 3 hours. Whats the point of the appt? I then say ok no problem i will wait. They respond with sorry wont get done today. What kind of service is this?? Highly UNPROFESSIONAL!

Had my MAF Sensor replaced here yesterday. The service was high quality but a little slow. They kept my car all day (9am dropoff and 3pm pickup) and they charged $900 for the part when it's $300 from the OEM. Crazy pricing. But at least they explained everything.
The service is great. Front desk is super helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They go above and beyond... I had a free inspection with the purchase of my tires and they fixed minor issues on my car that they didn't have too, like a loose piece under my car and putting extra support for my hubcaps!
So my parents had a flat tire and was by this location and by force the shop wanted my father to bring his truck inside KNOWING that their tire is completely flat and would damage the vehicles wheels. They refused to help him change his wheel to a spare even though he was willing to pay. Later, a lady and a man came out of the Midas to threaten my parents that if they don’t leave, they’re going to call the police. My brother has went to help them change the wheel to get their spare put on and the Midas workers got angry and started arguing with my parents some more. My parents are in their 60’s and this location handled this situation very poorly and were very disrespectful. I will be submitting a complaint to their corporate office to escalate this. This is unacceptable.
My experience was extremely great Denise the manger was great very helpful and walk me through everything that needed to be done. I would highly recommend this midas for sure.
Normally at this location, the service is excellent. Today my experience was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had an 8am appointment for my 2014 Ford Explorer. I explained thoroughly that my check engine light was on from sensor and gas cap issue. Manager explained that they would run a diagnose to get the severity of the issue. Cane back at 11am, vehicle was still waiting to be serviced. Manager explained that it was 10 cars in front of mine for a diagnosis. I waited patiently until around 11:40 I noticed the mechanic had pulled my vehicle in and wasn’t running any diagnosis on my issue at hand but was looking at the water pump which I recently had sealed. I asked the manager what the mechanic is doing, and she explained he is working on the water pump….what did you bring your car in for!!!???? I explained to her that I shared my concern with you at 8am and you said you would run a diagnostic for my sensor….which was related to a camshaft sensor error. She said well you have 4 on your vehicle what do you wanna replace!!! That’s why I bought my vehicle in to your shop for you to run a diagnostic and tell me which one or more needs to be replaced!!!! I shouldn’t guess…you are the expert. Oh and by the way I’m a previous client that has spent well over $5k at This Location With you!! Needless to say, no diagnosis was ever ran, she guessed and assumed what I wanted done on my vehicle which led to an epic failure and my frustration. I’ve have reached out and filed a complaint waiting for a return call.
Denise who works the front desk was super nice and accommodating. They are always quick and don't pressure me into getting more repairs than what I came for. Highly recommend this spot!
Denise was AMAZING! She explained options and costs with a practical, no nonsense approach. There was no hustle nor oversell. I felt like she took the responsibility of making sure my vehicle was safe, seriously. Came here with a leaking tire and probably in need of an oil change and was able to get in and out relatively quickly. Service was pretty spectacular and they even applied some discounts I didn’t know about.
I got plenty of help and suggestions for my car issue and they went above and beyond to fix what they could and save me some money along the way. Definitely recommending to whoever needs car service.

Worst shop I've dealt with. I was there for an alignment on my 2019 Jeep Compass, and it took two and a half hours for the manager to tell me that I needed a camber bolt because the car kept pulling slightly to the left—the reason I told her I was there. Then she said the technician did the alignment twice but she was only going to charge me for one. How nice of her, leaving my car in the same condition. Now I have to go somewhere else that actually knows how to do an alignment and adjust camber bolts. She told me I was welcome to come back and pay again for the alignment after replacing the camber bolt. Thanks, but no thanks.
My car was fixed within the day and they took care of my Ubers so I wouldn’t have to worry about transportation while my car was getting fixed. I am extremely satisfied with the service!
I knew I was getting scammed but I tried to see the good in these people. I took my cat to get checked for
A tire rotation, but the guy upfront ended up telling me I needed it over $2000 worth of work done to my car. He even helped me sign up for financing. I asked him to look at the file plans with me and told him how I couldn’t afford it, but he reassured me that I wouldn’t be paying almost double what it said on the paper once I signed up listening to him, I ended up having a bigger build than what I expected. The large guy at the desk lied to me and told me that I will be paying $180 Every month. But instead, I am stuck with a bill. I can’t afford if it’s $180 every two weeks!! They definitely take Advantage of women this is so sad..
These guys are awesome. Took my car to get checked because I had horrible work done at a different place and was unsure my car was safe. Not only did they thoroughly check my car and find my suspension was jacked up but gave me several options To get the problem fixed. Conner was Super friendly, honest and seemed to genuinely care. I will 100% be a returning customer. 10/10 Do recommend.
I came to Midas for a simple oil change and vehicle inspection! The guy at the front desk and all of Midas team were amazing !! His customer service skills are great! He gave me a full details of what issues I need to fix with my truck . I am just happy that I got infomed before my vehicle problems become my headache and nightmares and end up costing me a lot more for neglecting what I didn't know .

If you’re looking for top notch service look for either of these 2!! Denise set my appointment at 1:30 pm after every Midas turned me away because of the $59 craze on full synthetic oil changes! Told me it could be a delay but safe due everything in her power to get me in and out…Kenny rung me up I went outside for a good 15 minutes bam car done and ready! They noticed I had a cord loose on my car fixed it out of the kindness of their hearts! Definitely recommend and I will be back next oil change!
