If I could give zero stars to this company I would. I'm a property manager and have been trying to get someone to come out to my property for almost 1 month to dispose of a half a barrel of oil that was left on the property. The first time I called, they said said someone would call me back to schedule a pick up and no one ever did. The second time I called, a rep informed me that my barrel would be picked up two Fridays ago and no one ever showed. I called them back last Monday and the rep informed me that he "dropped the ball' and will have someone come pick up the barrel last Thursday or Friday, but guess what?.... no one ever did. Terrible communication, terrible follow through, terrible company.
