Seriously the best local parts store in Chicago. Owner has always helped me over the 20 years I’ve been going to him. Could not recommend this place more.
Usually it costs a bit more to support a small local business because they may have prices a bit higher. Not Julio's. The prices are amazing. At least in my experience. I bought the genuine Denso ignition coil, NGK spark plug, engine and cabin filters at a price significantly lower than at big chain stores. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. Offered some advise. I have no idea how he does it. But he does. The store has been here for forty years, maybe longer.
Julio's is one of the best auto parts store in the city prices are the best right there on the corner of diversey and Sacramento in Logan Square tell him Antonio sent you.

Love this place. Julio and his shop have saved me and my car countless times over the years. His prices are great and beat out major competitors locally. He's also very knowledgeable and has helped me my car running again every time I've had a problem, usually with some simple replacement parts. A phone call or sharing pictures from my phone is usually enough to help narrow down the issue. If for whatever reason he doesn't have a part on hand (which is rare), he's usually able to get it into the shop within a day. The amount of money I've saved from not having to bring my car into the dealership or endure expensive troubleshooting over the past decade must be into the thousands by now. Thank you!

A great little neighborhood store. It’s small inside but the gentlemen are more than willing to help with what you need. The prices are honest, and maybe even better than the chain stores. I would recommend this place over one of those stores.
Recommend 100% The owner was very helpful and informative in providing options for replacing my battery. Also, it was 0 degrees that day and I didn’t have the right tools. Instead of selling me a very expensive tool that was needed to remove my battery he let me borrow his. He then refused to take extra money as a thank you and told me to spread the word. I had an emergency when my break lines started spraying out fluid. I work right around the corner from julios, so he cut up some new brake lines and showed me how to shape them, and verbally helped me change my own lines. only charged me 20 bucks! I know nothing about mechanical work, so he could have charged me 100 bucks and I wouldnt have known the difference. hes a guy you can trust, and who cares about his customers. 10/10 would recomend shopping here. I'll go out of my way from now on for any thing I need, just to spend my money here.
Julio is a great guy. He always is willing to help and always ready to give your suggestions. Besides it’s always great to know that we can help local business instead of gigantic corporations.
So far great prices and Great service. I did not know about them until reference to a friend's Mechanic who uses them a lot to save on the cost of repair and maintenance. Also beats the prices from the Big Auto Parts store like O'reily, Advanced Auto Parts and Autozone as well as the small local places in Chicago like Maverick Auto Parts. Owner, Julio is also very helpful in working with you and careful before you buy a certain part you might not know if it fits or not. Do come here if you want to save on parts for your older vehicle.
