Flatbed truck came to pick up my Jeep. Communication with dispatcher and driver was excellent. The driver was super friendly and took care of my jeep. I think from phone call to truck arrival to downtown Chicago was under 30 minutes.
Victer was so amazing and great to work with. Best prices around. On time and reliable. He saved us and was able to tow our party bus from Chicago back to Wisconsin. I'd give him more stars if I could. Thanks to them for being amazing.

The driver, one of the owners, came in response to my call in 15 minutes. He was easygoing, had reasonable rates, and took my car on a flatbed to the dealer it had to go to, 30 miles away. During the ride he was even a good conversationalist. Would definitely use again!
