Flatbed truck came to pick up my Jeep. Communication with dispatcher and driver was excellent. The driver was super friendly and took care of my jeep. I think from phone call to truck arrival to downtown Chicago was under 30 minutes.
Victer was so amazing and great to work with. Best prices around. On time and reliable. He saved us and was able to tow our party bus from Chicago back to Wisconsin. I'd give him more stars if I could. Thanks to them for being amazing.

My experience with Silva Towing was so impressive, it inspired me to write this review. The regular updates from Jimmy on the approximate arrival time and prompt and professional service were like no other towing service. I did not have to wait for hours, uncertain of the time of arrival. In fact, Silva Towing arrived 30 minutes earlier than promised. I was also very appreciative of Jimmy’s thoughtfulness and genuine kindness. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!
Victor was friendly and professional. He arrived promptly and was able to get my car hooked up and out of the way in no time. His truck was clean and comfortable for the ride back to my home. I enjoyed our small talk and he was a bright spot in a day of stressful car trouble. Hopefully you don’t need a tow, but if you do, call Silva 24 Hour towing!

Waited over 2 hours for the tow truck to arrive. The tow truck driver informed me that the dispatcher had sent him to 3 different places prior to my location since it was on the route.

My husband and I were assaulted by one of their drivers today. He cut us off then slammed on the brakes, got out and was trying to physically harm my husband. Meanwhile my 5yr old was screaming. I made police report. They need to choose employees more wisely.
Nice trucks but drive like animals !! Almost ran me off the road twice during a snow storm, and wouldn’t let me merge to get off the highway. Seems like they try to cause the accidents for business, hope they don’t all drive like that

The driver, one of the owners, came in response to my call in 15 minutes. He was easygoing, had reasonable rates, and took my car on a flatbed to the dealer it had to go to, 30 miles away. During the ride he was even a good conversationalist. Would definitely use again!
My husband used Silva Towing twice in 2 days. During both tows Enrique took great care of him and our car. He arrived early, was extremely professional and personable, took care to ensure our car was secured at all points, and got our car to the location without incident. Great service guys, really appreciated!
My review is not about towing but instead, one of their drivers (on the clock, working with a white car in tow ) stole the jacket of a homeless man. At 12:30pm on February 5th. I witnessed at the intersection of Hermitage and Armitage their driver at a stoplight hopped out of his vehicle. Walked to the sidewalk corner where the homeless man had just walked away to do panhandling on the street. Their driver took the jacket of the homeless man laughed and ran back into his cab. I witnessed this from 20 feet way at the stop light. I called the office. While the original person who took my call was listening. After about a minute he hung up on me. If this person is willing to steal the jacket of a homeless man in the middle of winter. What else is this man doing otherwise. Despicable.
Spoke to Victor in reference to a service call I needed to jump start my Chevy Tahoe and he told me that he will be willing to do it. He requested that I be by my car an hour before to make sure that somebody was with the Tahoe. Four hours later without answering my phone calls he left never called back . Five stars rating ? you got to be kidding me !
