Fantastic service, really friendly and kind guy. I was having a really rough night and it was really hard finding a tow truck but Rick was able to come out and tow me from the city out to Skokie. His towing services are a lot more affordable then the other guys and he even offered to drive me to nearest ATM to avoid the service fee for paying him. On top of all that he offered to drive me back into the city so my uber would be less expensive. I hope I don’t need another tow any time soon but if I do I know who I’m calling immediately
Fabulous service! Battery completely dead around 11:30 PM on Saturday night after dropping a friend off at her home--about 15 miles from our home. Rick answered phone right away (unlike the 2 "emergency" roadside services we called off Google who who were "mailbox full" and "closed"). Rick arrived quickly and was kind and professional, got battery charged and was genuinely concerned that we get a new battery ASAP! Can't say enough good things about this service. Ten out of five stars!

After discovering my catalytic converter had been stolen, I was dreading the logistics of getting my car to a shop. Thankfully, Rick’s Emergency Roadside assistance made the process smooth and surprisingly reassuring. Rick was quick to respond, and arrived within the quoted window. Rick was professional, careful with my vehicle, and even took a moment to explain how these thefts are becoming more common and what to tell garage to do to try and keep theft from happening again. He even texted a pic of my vehicle once it arrived safely at its destination.

I broke down in the side of the road on my birthday! They showed up super fast and took care of everything. They even dropped me off at work since I was over an hour late. I would definitely call them again if I am ever in need of a tow!
My car just stopped in the middle of Broadway and Rick was able to get there fast and get us to an auto shop. He was real friendly and let us ride with him to the shop and tried to help diagnose what was up with the car on the way there. Will def call again if I ever need the help!
I would give Rick six stars if I could. He truly went above and beyond. My 2021 Ford escape had a totally dead battery. Period he started it with his jump starter, which allows us to drive it to an AutoZone who previously had said they could install the battery, but couldn’t. We called Rick back. He came out to the AutoZone, changed the battery, And got us on our way.
In addition, he is very professional, personable, and funny!
Rick from Rick’s EmergencyRoadside Assistance really came through for me tonight. My “check oil pressure” light went on yesterday and today my car stalled out while driving.
He got to me faster than he had estimated. Checked my oil (dangerously low). He then went off to Auto Zone to get oil and got back (again quicker than he’d estimated) and filled me up.
Saved me from having to tow it somewhere.

I called Rick’s Emergency Roadside Assistance this morning to get my car towed. I was left stranded in the middle of the alley. Rick came to my rescue within 30 min of me placing the call. He was courteous and knowledgeable about cars. Towed my car to to the shop in no time and even sent me a picture of the car being dropped off at the mechanic shop. Best towing experience ever! Super affordable prices as well.

Rick can to our place because our car would not start. He could have jist towed it to yhe garage as requestec. Instead he checked oit the car and determined it just needed a jump start which he did in just a couple of minutes. He saved me mondy a on the towing fee and a bill from the garage. All the time he was friendly and competent. I'd recommend Rick as the first to call for any roadside emergency.
I had an unexpected flat tire on my 2-door mini cooper front tire and didn’t want to drive it to the tire shop for repair. I called Rick and he was there in the time promised, 45 minutes after the call, and he drove me and my car to the repair shop 7 miles away. We took back roads and he drove carefully to ensure the car wasn’t damaged and we were safe on the road. While on our way he was pleasant to talk with. While certainly hope I don’t need an emergency tow again, if I do I’ll call Rick. I highly recommend him.

Really good service, very nice guy, reasonable price. I got my car picked up from my apartment to head to the mechanics. Due to a sketchy donut spare on vehicle that wouldn’t make it far.
