Young kid answered. Gentleman that called back barely spoke English and the kid getting on the phone to try to interpret. Said they were going to come over and look at the vehicle and would be there in 1 hour. After that about every half an hour they said they were half an hour out and continued that game for about 4 hours before they stopped answering calls or texts.
Worked with them in September 2021. I was quoted much less when I’m person they found out I had an aftermarket converter. I accepted it because I really wanted the car off my hands and the man had already done the work to tow the car. Here it is in November, I’m looking at my credit card statements in my iPass was left in the car. Apparently someone has been using it. I feel like that is very unprofessional as they could have called me and let me know it was left. It’s really not sitting well with me that this was allowed. I had to report it stolen and yes I have pictures of the car and license plate using it.
They told me 550 for a car. Then after showing up an hour late the guy told me that my car was missing the catalytic converter (which it wasn't) and offered me 200. Just use some other place.
I was greeted and explained properly over the phone with the dispatcher on terms and conditions. The tow truck driver was quick, professional and paperwork was a breeze. I got a good deal for my junk car and got it off my property. Glad I chose them over other companies.
Contacted them for junking my car. They quoted one price, didn’t tell me that it could be changed based on the tow truck driver’s examination of the vehicle. The price he offered was less than half of what I was quoted on the phone.
I would like thank you guys so much for coming all the way to Evanston to help me out. It’s truly a blessing how you’ll worked with me giving me money for my truck that I’m going to miss dearly. I have delt with so many junk companies they always try to play me, they quote me a price but when the driver arrives he gives me a way different price. I honestly never had this issue with Xpress. That’s why I highly recommend them
