For that price they asked i can buy a new part, Joe at the dest (old guy with glasses) sitting there for making extra money from the customers, don’t recommend them!

I had customer purchase and engine from this place. After a slough of issues (lots of shipping damage, check valves were broken on low pressure fuel side, filter relief was drilled out, failed injection pump, ecu was for generator not a variable throttle, return rail leaking, bad priming pump) finally called and told them what all was wrong with it. They said the engine ran when they took ownership of it. They were told by the people they bought the lot of engines from that it had low hours on it. Connected to the engine controller, and finding out it had 13,223hrs on it. If the engine ran at any time it was in their possession then had the ability to see how many hours were in it. They had to have powered up the controller to run it. After talking to Gio it was very apparent he had this conversation hundreds of times and gave me his generic answer of “we just sold it as is for what the seller told us and they are “generally” low hour take outs. But we have no was of doing this.” (Sounds like a cop out lie to me) if your going to sell “low our good condition engines at least have a way to verify this. If that engine ever ran while in their possession they could have disclosed at a very minimum it is a very hard starting engine, and truthfully how many hours were on it. Also the fact that the controller in it won’t work in anything except a generator application. I’ve always been very skeptical of these type of places, and for experiences like this.
Saw a part they had listed online. I asked questions and received quick responses. I purchased the item and the shipping was super fast. Very happy with the purchase and communication. I will gladly buy from them again.
I paid for an engine that I was assured would run for 30 days. Gio said it would run for 30 and be a good engine . After they got my money they sent an email that had to be signed before shipping would commence
I signed the paperwork, it had some exceptions noted , but I believed Gio was a man of his word, I received an engine that looked ok at first. I took the cylinder head off of it and took it to reputable machine shop and found out the head was cracked. I called Gio and found him somewhat helpful. The next phone call later in day he said they don’t return money. He nearly laughed about it
If you decide to buy an engine from Gio. Understand that if his lips are moving he is lying to you. I hope this post saves you grief and 3 weeks of lost time.
I found an engine online and called about it on Saturday and wanted to pick it up. Gio wasn't in but the gentleman I talked to was able to get ahold of him. Gio gave me a good deal and I went first thing Monday to inspect it and pick it up. They allowed me to go inspect it in the back of the warehouse. It was exactly what I needed. They normally only take check, cash, or wire transfer, but I only came with a credit card. They were able to make a special exception and accommodate me even though I was a new customer from out of state, which can be suspicious. Then they banded and shrunk wrapped and loaded it perfectly in the back of my pickup. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend to someone who needs an engine.
Me and my mom were calling to ask about truck part and we immigrated to America not long ago so we weren’t sure if we’re naming parts correctly. The customer service dispatcher started being really rude and passive aggressive at one point. Worst customer service I’ve had in America.
Very unprofessional people and unsafe for the client to go and find the part by yourself. I am surprised how the are operating onUSA like that. Price has s higher than dealer.

We bought a used Cat engine that took two weeks to get shipped and arrived with low compression on two cylinders. No warranty, no help whatsoever. Buyer beware.
Avoid this place. I called to ask how much for a 50 gal tank with straps and Joe said $200 with straps. I send someone to pick it up and they say $400. Rudest people I’ve ever met. When asked to speak with the owner or manager they kicked us out. I will be taking further action.
I purchased a new engine from here may of 2021. Driving from Detroit I was a little concerned, being it was my first time doing business with them. But after talking with the guys in the warehouse first and the owner. After loading the engine. I was at ease. What a GREAT bunch of guys. Keep up the good work fellas. Still running strong. Called this place to see if they had a part in stock . The call was transferred to a guy named joe in parts.. the guy answered the phone left me on the line the whole wile hearing him argue with some one ! After a min or two he picks up the phone and asks me to call back in 10 min and ask for joe then hangs up….. very unprofessional hence the reason why they have a low star rating….
BEWARE!!!! Very dishonest. They advertise engines as low hour, well maintained government surplus units which is completely false. The engine I received was in rough shape had extremely high hours with zero recent maintenance and minimal oil pressure. Within 2 hours of run time the engine was seized. Owner says "nothing he can do" Removal and installation is $20,000 alone. If you check facebook reviews this is a recurring theme with their used engines
This company has been in the business for many years. Very large inventory and great people to work with. We have had many years of successful business dealings together.
My brothers bought an engine that Adelman’s told them it had been running very recently. Turns out the ECM was bad and both turbos were seized up. Would never recommend buying from these folks
We bought a c15 was guaranteed to be in good running condition. We got it and the ecm was bad 2k for a reman ecm which they did not stand behind. Do not buy here it will not be as described!!! It has twin turbos and both turbos were rusted stuck. Managed to loosen with wd40 and a channel lock pliers because they wouldn’t stand behind that either. They said they had had it running right before I bought it but that was most definitely a lie!!!
This place is a joke. I needed fuel tank straps. As soon as I found the right ones in the yard, the older part guy ran inside and came back with a very high price. They check how much a new part is and then they offer it to you $40 cheaper.
Why would I pay $200 for used rusty straps when new ones are $240?
If it was under $100 for the pair I would buy them.
Aaron the owner's son is something else.

Great experience with these guys! Aaron and Julie were super helpful when I was talking to them about some equipment that we needed to sell from our business. They were much fairer than anyone that we talked to, and even have a pickup option when you have an out of service vehicle. I would recommend them for selling your used trucks or equipment.
Sent junk cars in their area for a small brokers fee and never received a dollar. dead beat co. bad business lots of games and stories after calling me to plead for business not sure who josh is but good thing so many miles in between us! take care dead beats...ill use south chicago iron and metals...here on out...
Prices are little high,lotta hoops to jump through to get some parts. We shoild be able to go out back and look for what we need instead of being babysitted. Other than that they have an amazing selection of parts. Just gotta calm that parts guy down a little.

Last Friday, we hooked up electrical power and it sprang to life!
