First I must say THANK YOU BRANDON! Made a hectic morning go much smoother. He was super fast and efficient, arrived before ETA! Super friendly and professional. Getting a tow is never fun but he made it as painless as possible.
Had an issue with the car, broke down on the side of the road miles from my house. Mike had come out in less than an hour and got the vehicle back at the house in no time at all. Gave good insight and had excellent communication. I highly recommend.
My daughter got an accident on Monday, her car got totaled. I wasn’t able to get there very quickly so the sheriffs department contacted diamond towing to get it off the street. I have to say I thought they were incredibly aggressive with a teenager, I was interested in having it towed to the house and they all butt refused. I made arrangements on Thursday to meet them at the tow yard to gather her personal belongings, only to discover no one was here. I called their dispatch and she said someone would be there any minute. I’ve waited here 30 minutes and had her tell me just hang tight. She said he is right around the corner over three different phone calls. I urge you not to do business with these crooked people.
Mike is the. Man! He was very informative, knowledgeable, and very respectful! After I got a tow from my insurance, he called as soon as he got the call that I needed a tow and even asked if I was ok or needed anything , He showed up in no time, Despite it being a late Saturday night , need more tow truck drivers like him cause a lot of them have attitude! Wish I could give negative starts. Would not tow my vehicle despite my title being in my hands and showing them. Call someone else, they are not a legit company.
Update after your response on 12/16/25: my vehicle was not on his property, it was parked on a public street. One day maybe I’ll get my car back, but I have been waiting months now for it because you guys failed to provide basic services.
A+ customer service! Mike went over and beyond to help us out in a very awkward situation. The ball joint separated and the tire on my son’s car was hanging. Mike very carefully and strategically was able to get the car turned around while avoiding the power poll and other vehicles in the area. Got it loaded and towed to a shop. He is our hero! Thanks Mike for all you did to help us out. Will definitely use Diamond S Towing again

Man these guys are the best in town ! I don’t trust any towing companies with my car as it is modified and these guys went above and beyond to make nothing got damaged. They sent out a flatbed with ramps instead and even the minor detail of putting towels on the chain not to scratch my bumper. Definitely will be using again if I ever need a tow again !

After waiting 3 hours for a tow, I finally got to meet the man, the myth, the tow truck hero…. And let me tell you, it was worth every minute. Joe B didn’t just tow my lil gangster Gustavo (Mini Cooper S), he treated him like the precious cargo he is. He rolled up like a pro, gave Gustavo the red-carpet treatment, and made sure every strap and chain was perfect, no scratches, no stress, all love. He even backed Gustavo up in the driveway right where I do like nothing bad ever happened.
Joe B.’s kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care turned what could’ve been a rough night into a feel good rescue story. If your ride ever needs saving, pray Joe B is the one who shows up. Your car will thank you… And probably ask for his autograph!

This company practices LEGALIZED EXTORTION!!! I loaned one of my Jeeps to someone who got arrested. This company charged me $425 for the tow. It was picked up in Nampa and taken to their drop yard in Nampa. This happened on a Saturday and it would cost more to pick it up Sunday than it would Monday due to weekend gate charge. It is absolutely disgusting what they charge. If you need a tow I would suggest calling a reputable company such as B&W. I use them occasionally when a semi breaks down. Extremely fair pricing.
