The driver (Joe) was kind enough to get creative so I didn't have to spend so much money. He also found me a good price on a new battery for my car, and went above and beyond replacing it! I highly recommenend-- great customer service and HONESTY is what I look for in a company to give my business to. Great job, Apex!
BEST TOWING COMPANY IN THE TREASURE VALLEY. I got into a car accident and my insurance couldn’t get me a tow truck like they said it came with. I didn’t know what to do, everyone left including the police officer, stuck in the rain. We called Apex Towing & Recovery LLC. They were on it!! Said they were going to be right there and was there in 10 minutes. I spoke with Andrea and she got a driver right out there!! Joe the driver of the tow truck showed up and made sure we were okay and needed anything. He got my damaged Honda on the truck, strapped down correctly and quickly, got it strait to my house and parked in my spot. He hung out for a little bit to help me figure out something’s to get back on the road quickly. They got to my car, picked it up, back to my home, and had time for a conversation in less than 45 minutes… AMZING AMAZING TOWING COMPANY!! Best around and makes you part of the family. Definitely a great crew and on top of there work..
Andrea was a great help on the phone. Gave us quick and efficient service to connect to us another great worker as well. Joe was awesome! Such a great dude really willing to work with us and get our car to the destination quickly k and efficient as well. This is a great company I’m so glad to have of work with them! :)

Outstanding towing service hands down the best I’ve ever used! Called them in evening after my vehicle was on the side of the road, and they were there incredibly fast. The driver was professional, courteous, and handled the vehicle with total care. Everything was straightforward and fair. They got the vehicle where we needed to go safely and quickly. Genuine, hardworking people who actually care about their customers. 5 stars all the way highly recommend and I’ll be calling them first next time!
Levi and his wife were such a blessing in getting me taken care of twice this past week in a timely manner. Amazed how they went above and beyond with there customer service and tow rescue time. Definitely will keep them in mind for any future rescues 😁

My insurance dispatched this comany for a tire change. My daughter was on I-84 at night with a flat they responded quickly and were so fast to get her tire changed and on her way!!! Thank you!!

Joe was amazing and so kind! I had a flat tire from a nail, and instead of towing my car, he fixed it on the spot. Such a genuinely helpful and thoughtful guy. I even told him he was an angel. Thank you so much Joe!!
Levi with Apex towing was super chill and easy to work with and SO fast! We were stranded up bogus basin road with a split radiator hose. He made it up the hill in about 45 minutes and had some pleasant conversation on the way down. Highly recommend!
They showed up almost an hour earlier than estimated. They waited 15 minutes for us to get back to it and then were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Kept card for future use.
At 2:10 pm, Dec 24, I walked out to my car to run some errands but found that my front, driver's side wheel had been slashed. I have permanent injuries to my wrists and cannot lift over 10 pounds.I called AAA Roadside Assistance and Apex Towing came in about 35 minutes and changed out the tire. I explained to the service man that not only had my car tire been slashed but also the one right next to me had TWO tires slashed of which pics I have included. The service guy was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He took pictures of my vandalized tire and advised me to do the same and to file a report for which Idid both.
My Roadside Assistance service deals with the Towing/tire change company so I don't know what Apex Towing charges for their services.
Levi is great, we will alway’s continue to use them for our towing services! They have towed many of our customer vehicles. Our customers have mentioned that the tow truck drivers here are super nice compared to other towing companies they have had experience with. Thank you guys again!

Had to use apex towing when my Jeep over heated. Joe was very respectful and took lots of photos. He handled my pride and joy with the utmost respect. The dispatch person was very understanding during a time that I was unable to get the words out. I will forever use them!
My daughter was in a traffic accident this morning and I called Apex Towing asking for an emergency tow… it took less than 5 minutes for them to dispatch their truck and driver Joe… they were there quick! They had the car and my daughter safely aboard and headed to a shop. I was extremely grateful for the rapid response and service. I will be calling them for any and all towing needs in the future.
