Charlie and his team are always helpful. Although they are over an hour away and I have other shops much closer, I wouldn't go anywhere else for the work we have them do. Always pleasant to deal with and they always go out of there way to accommodate us.
Maybe mechanics are good. But operator just hang up on me and after I called back he just put me every time on hold for no reason and I was just waiting for nothing....
Charlie and his team are the best! I can always count on To have the parts I need and if they don't have them they usually will get it within A-day! I am always continually impressed by the great customer service and welcoming attitude I receive every time I go there.
This place is 5 stars spectacular. All the people are great that i know that helped me. John from next door reinstalled my drive line n got me going to deliver my logs within 2 hours!!! Quite impressive.
amaizing customer service and knowledgeable staff. i had 10 other parts houses look for my part with no luck. Fleet figured it out in 15min and had them in stock
Bought a light bar and was guaranteed that It worked, when I got home and paid someone to install it we noticed 2 bulbs were not working so I called and talked to the manager and asked if they test the light bars before they put them on the shelf and he said no, then I asked how do you guarantee something if you didn't test it before you sell it, he just wanted to argue and not answer the question, then hung up on me. I will not buy anything from this place again knowing how this managers character really is! I'll advise everyone I know aswell.
Great selection of tools. Excellent service and unparalleled knowledge about machining and welding supplies. Glad to have a store in the St. Marie's area with such available machining offered as well as a retail side for supplies.
Every time I've needed something done, from welding to parts, they have done a fantastic job. Their welding is professional, and their prices are reasonable. I won't take my work anywhere else.
