Huge thank you to Black Diamond Towing and especially Talon for going above and beyond for our family after we were involved in a hit-and-run collision. We were dealing with an incredibly stressful situation and an overpriced tow yard with shady business practices, and Talon treated us with so much kindness, professionalism, and compassion through it all.
He helped us get our truck out of the lot and safely towed it back to our house, making a horrible situation so much easier on our family. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care and are willing to help the way he did.
