These people are great. Though I'd never been there before, they guided me through the intake and payment process without once asking me what I want. Now that I know where they're located, I'll be back.
Great place to recycle!!! Never had an issue with them miss grading my material, they even have educated me on how to get more for certain grades when bringing them in.

First time taking in scrap in to this facility but I will look around for a facility that doesnt treat their costomers like they're a nuisance. I didn't appreciate how their customer service is considering how polite I was. Not sure why but the young man running the scale was about as rude as he could get away with. Not to mention being obviously ignored everytime I tried to ask a question. Then the way he demanded things was off-putting. Yes i have a valid drivers license, yes i can explain where i got this scrap, yes i know and am not concerned if you inform the police of every load brought in. That is all fine but the way you say these things doesn't have to be rude or accusatory does it? asking questions or pointing out how things were seperated was awkward and tense not to mention he wouldn't answer me and just looked down his nose ar me. I didn't then andd still dont understand why this associate was acting like this to me. I've never been there before. My wife literally asked me if we knew each other before or something because he was being that rude and dismissive she noticed and had to walk away and sit in the car. Honestly I don't get it maybe the area has a problem with a lot of crime and theft and they do that to discourage whomever, but it also alienates your legitimate buisness and customers. I don't scrap often so it won't matter to them at all but in the future if I need to recycle I will go somewhere else. Fyi they also didn't identify metal correctly. Aluminum rims put down as stainless steel? No distinction between Red brass or yellow??? Um what?
Took a dishwasher, microwave and lawnmower here and got 4 bucks! The people there were nice and helpful and it was quick and easy!! So happy I tried this place instead of going to the dump!
Great place to drop off old appliances and get money for recycling them rather than paying to put them in the landfill. Better for the environment AND your wallet.
Pacific recycles just about anything but glass. The employees are always helpful and it is a great way to get rid of metal and cardboard to be recycled instead of sending it to the dump. My kids love that they often pay in $2 bills and half dollars.
Didn't shop around so can't necessarily speak on price fairness, however I pointed out that I brought different types of copper material and the man who weighed it refused to do so separately. When I casually tried to point it out the lady at the front desk seemed to hurry me out and ignore my observations. Will avoid continuing business with this business
I haven't worked with Pacific Steel and Recycling as a customer but I have dealt with them for years on a professional basis. They are always friendly, professional, and accommodating. I'm always happy to get to deal with them.
