My daughter had a tire blow out on the freeway. Stan’s Pro Tows were great to get to her and help her out! They followed her off the freeway to make sure she was safe and the donut tire was working properly! Thank you Stan’s Pro Tows

The driver was cordial enough to take me clear to my house and help me unload my belongings patiently. The driver was experienced. My experience with them was great.

Stan’s Tow Pro arrived promptly to assist on a late Sunday afternoon. Although the interstate was busy our tow truck operator conducted himself in a safe, professional and efficient manner, staying a few extra minutes to ensure we were set to be successful at the drop destination. It was a pleasant experience having such a personable interaction in a stressful situation, we really appreciate you Devin Miller and wish you all the best.

Truck wouldn’t start at a rest stop while six hours from home, which is about as stressful as it gets. Insurance roadside assistance was not helpful at all as they couldn’t figure out my location, tried to send me in the wrong direction, and suggested towing to a shop that wasn’t open and didn’t have any hotels nearby. Thankfully, Devin and this company completely saved the day. They figured out where I was, and found me a shop that was open late on a weekend and in an area with hotels nearby just in case. They towed me there without issue and even offered to stay and help get a hotel if needed. Professional, kind, and genuinely helpful when I needed it most. Can’t thank them enough. This is what real customer service looks like.

My car broke down a long ways from where I needed to be and when I called it was honestly the best experience. The companies I called before were very curt and seemed annoyed but these guys were worried about and willing to work with me. Could not stress enough how much I appreciate this company!

Very professional on a mechanical breakdown pickup. Just started snowing and Malachi got out there in less then 30 minutes. Very happy with the service.

I cannot recommend Malachi enough. Came outside of my job to find my vehicle with a flat tire. My other car recently had a flat tire and a different company took care of that one. My insurance sent Stan's Pro Tows to switch my spare on for me. Malachi showed up and was kind from the start. Talked to me the whole time. (Previous company guy was on his phone the whole time). Malachi took the time to make sure my spare was filled up! (Other company did not.) He also filled up my flat to see if he could spot where it might have gone flat from. Turns out it was a valve stem issue. Malachi asked a few times if there was anything else that I needed help with and I truly appreciated him. Thanks Malachi!

Great service. Their staff and driver kept me informed the hold time. There was great follow up to inform me of the status of the vehicle and my personal items. This was even several days after the tow. Definitely call the if you need a tow in the eastern Idaho area. Greg M

We were on our way to Pocatello when the vehicle had issues with the brakes/axle. Stan's Pro Tows was great to work with, worked with the insurance, and everyone involved was great! The tow driver (Malachi) was friendly and courteous, and took an otherwise stressful situation and made it easy. I would definitely recommend! I hope i don't need a tow ever again, but if I or anyone else i know ever does, Stan's will be my first call!

Robert the tow truck driver was very helpful to get me off the road and back to the shop so I could clean out my totaled car. With no power the trunk would not open so he hooked up his jump box.

Had a flat tire with no spare they were called through my roadside assistance and got to me asap. When they dropped me off where a friend was waiting with a spare for me the driver was kind enough to help change my tire for me even tho he didn’t have to and his job was done at that point. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a tow they will take care of you.

Stan’s Pro Tow did a fantastic job towing our car to Idaho Falls to be repaired at Teton Volkswagen. They contacted us when they were on their way, were very prompt and careful and delivered the car to the dealership on time. The also called to let us know the car had been dropped off. If you ever need a tow I would call Stan’s Pro Tow first!

Our car’s engine seized at 10pm on July 5th. Which is a busy weekend and probably a holiday weekend. They answered right away and were able to pick us up. The driver was amazing, he called and kept us up to date as to how long it was going to be. When he got there he got it moved and was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

My Wife was driving her truck and All of a sudden, she lost her rear wheel and sheared all of the lug Studs off, left her almost in the lane of travel on a highway. Called stands and they come and picked her up super prompt like loaded the truck and took Her and my six-year-old repair shop in Pocatello super easy to work with, and the tow fee was super reasonable. Highly recommend professional company

Robert did a PHENOMENAL job for me. Holman said the tow truck was 45 minutes out, but I got a call in 15 from Mr. Wyke to say he's here and ready. Within 10 minutes of his arrival I was out of the hole I got stuck in; clean, efficient, safe. I absolutely will use Stan's again, thanks to Robert. Well done!!!

Robert Wyke came to my rescue after my tire went flat on my Travel Trailer. He was right there on time and had my spare tire on in nothing flat, excuse pun. He was very professional and had lots of great advice for me moving forward. I would not hesitate to call him if I ever need his assistance again. Thank you Robert!!!

Malachi was extremely helpful in coming out to fix my tire in the middle of the night. Great to chat with, was willing to grab me something from the gas station if I needed it. Really pleased with the work Ana I was able to drive the rest of the way home with no problem!

Our Toyota’s water pump/coolant system decided to quit working when my husband was driving through town. We put in a claim through our insurance, and Stan’s Pro Tows came to our rescue. They were so kind in letting us know their ETA through phone calls and even helped us push the car into the driveway at our house. Definitely recommend!

I have a diesel pickup and the lift pump which provides fuel to the motor decided to go out. This was on a Saturday in Pocatello, Idaho! I called five different repair shops that specialized in diesel pickups. All top rated by Google all said they were open on Saturday and opened at 8:00 a.m. but after leaving messages several times at these shops, none responded. I called three towing companies. The first two towing companies only had leave a message. The 3rd was stan's The dispatcher was very helpful but at that time I had no place to take the truck and trailer. Her boss, the owner actually called me back and said he may have someone that I hadn't tried. That would come down and repair my truck about 20 minutes later. This young man jwt called and said have the truck towed to his shop. He would be right there and start repairs. Everything went fine after that he was done. Did a beautiful job. The towing companys driver pulled up in a long flatbed very neat. All straps to the sides cable ran to the back made top so it wouldn't ball up on the winch just exactly the way it's supposed to be. Since all my life I've driven tow trucks of every size friendly got right to it. Got the truck on the flatbed and hooked up the trailer on the back and we were off Stan's towing in. My book is number one. If you have a problem in that area you have to call them!

We had a flat on a quiet stretch of I-15 and Stan’s was contacted by our insurance company for the tow. They communicated promptly and regularly with me. Our driver Malachi was expert at his work and very kind to us as he loaded our car and took us to the shop. He didn’t leave until he made sure the shop was ready to take our car and replace the tire. Very grateful for his service and highly recommend this business!
