Tonight one of my tires popped. I called my insurance company and they got me one of the best towing company. The driver operator was so nice and they had a large truck, they were able to take me and my 3 kids home. They were super fast to from my call to them showing was like only twenty minutes. I super greatful.
Really appreciate the service, timeliness, and reasonable cost to get us out of a tight spot. Pickup and heavy trailer sunk nearly to the axle housings, and with some strategic rigging and patience these guys got us back on the road again in no time!

As an out-of-towner, it is the scariest thing to be in a town after 11 PM with a tire that is facing total tread separation and your partner bleeding profusely next to you. With about 3 hours from our destination for the night- there are obviously no automotive tireshops, or urgent cares open at that hour to help you. We tried our best with attempting to remove our tire from the rim but my partner suffered an injury that led him to requiring several sitches.
Thankfully we ended up calling Prime Towing and Recovery LLC. & Victor came to our rescue. His calm attitude and kindness was the highlight of our time in Idaho. He was able to help us with our vehicle and got us on our way.
In a moment when we felt scared, exhausted, and helpless, Victor showed up with compassion and competence. We will never forget that. If you ever find yourself needing a tow in Idaho, this is the company you want to call.

The owner of the company was amazing he helped me after my insurance refused to help me and my mom after being in a accident he went out of his way and helped us out in a time of need i sincerely appreciate you guys and he didn’t even charge us because of what my insurance did thanks you all so much again I appreciate your kindness and thanks for getting us home I would highly recommend you guys to other people going forward thanks again
The young man who helped to make sure I had everything out of my car was so thoughtful and kind. He helped me get the items that were all the glass was so I didn’t cut myself. I am so grateful for his amazing customer service
They helped an elderly woman with schizophrenia in our parking lot. She was having an episode and locked herself out of her car. She had spent 400 dollars in our Walmart, and we helped her take her stuff to her car. Bad situation all around. So we felt bad and decided to call and pay for her car to be unlocked. But this guy... Prime guy showed up... and he was sympathetic to the situation, and did it FOR FREE. He was so kind and I will recommend this business and also be using this company myself if I ever get into an accident or needed to get into my car. Thank you SO much.
I had 2 vehicles that needed towed. The expert who took care of my vehicles, Jose, did an amazing job. He was careful with my vehicles, and he was quick so that I could get back to work as soon as possible. He was pleasant and friendly, which was important to me since I was already feeling a little overwhelmed because my cars needed to be towed from a public parking lot during daytime hours.
Our driver José did an amazing job with our service. He was very attentive to the sister and didn’t rush through the process. He even offered to bring us to our hotel after dropping our car off. 11/10 awesome experience with José and Prime towing, highly recommend!
hugely grateful to Jose & the Prime Towing staff coming to my aid @ 3:15 am !! Folks you can rely on. Their response & coordination to my location was stress free and when Jose arrived, he made sure to assess the jam I found myself in first, before trying to tug me out. He gave heavy consideration to the safety of my vehicle and his expertise was spot on! Called at 8am on a Saturday morning my keys got locked in my vehicle with the vehicle running. They were kind, professional, fast AND AFFORDABLE! Jose was very nice and got me back in my car quick! Thanks Prime! I am now a customer for life!
2 months ago our car was hit on the interstate, Jose and one other guy were able to help us out on one our worst days. They were both calming and helped us get our car to the tow yard and dropped us off at the car rental place (5 star experience with these men!) Getting the car finally transferred to a shop was quite difficult and a bit of a nightmare with having to give permission repeatedly to release the car to the repair shop and having to wait for insurance to tow. Communication was definitely lacking and could have improved.
Today I was driving our new to us car and it died in the middle the road. (We apparently bought a dud.) I had such a great experience with Jose the first time that I decided to give Prime a shot at towing my car. I even asked the lady if Jose would be my tow truck driver. Jose is incredible and his customer service is great. His response time was great!
Jose was an amazing driver with such a positive attitude! We live in a super small apartment complex and he mastered the parking of my broke down car like a champ! He helped try to cheer up my mood by making jokes. He just all around was an amazing delivery driver, you guys are lucky to have him!
10/10 would recommend. Other tow companies wouldn’t want to tow me because of how low my car was but these guys were really gentle with it. Pretty nice people and quick too
