Pull-A-Part JunkYard in Augusta (GA)

Don't waste your time driving here. The selection is junk, always smashed body parts. I been going there for 20 years and they have gotten worse and worse. Today they wanted $150 for 2 normal s10 wheels and junk tires with no tread and cracks that I needed just to move a truck around. 50 bucks per junk wheel n tire plus 5 bucks environmental and 16 bucks core charge. Place is junk. I do not recommend!!!

Nick and Johnny are truely two of the very knowledgeable crew members of Pull A Part in Augusta Georgia. Not only are they willing and able to answer any questions you may have. They make you feel as if your important to them. I'm truly grateful for there patience and understanding for this US Army Veteran.

Experience is usually great I watch what comes in . To see if it’s anything I need for my personal projects . The only complaint I have is depending on who u check out with . They nickel and dime u on every little part . For example a complete console . Some cashiers choose to charge u for the auxiliary plug, speaker or any electrical device that’s built into the console . Just watch how they charge u for your items !!

The Augusta team was very helpful. They gave out free cold water on a very hot day. They processed and loaded me with no problems. Good experience.

My experience at this establishment was quite pleasent. I found every part i need and the prices are very fair. The cashier johnny cash was nice and quick when checking out.

The yard is clean & organized. There’s a convenient car finder when you check in. Military SMs get complimentary entrance. Parts have a 30-day warranty!

Update. There are carts available again for rent. Yard is clean and organized. Aisles are labeled. It would be a 5 star but I have trouble with my feet and planned on renting a golf cart but they were all broken. Not rented but broken.

Very reliable great staff and very very helpful! I got a battery from there and it works just as well as a battery from anywhere else. I always ho here for my parts needs and customers will help you as well.

I'm very disappointed in this place it's getting a little too expensive for me plus they want to charge it the same price for a sensor is if it was like a ignition switch ridiculous it doesn't matter if it's one switch with two parts you going to get charged separate for it I've never heard of any crap before my life until this place here started don't know who the new manager is I had no complaints up until now and their rules are changing by the day every time I go down there is a different rule about something the price they charge you can buy brand new stuff it used to be reasonable but not anymore I'm thinking about taking my business elsewhere

Prices are pretty good.. got a 2004 Acura leather car seat for $40 in condition.. People are nice there, but the parking Lot is a mess needs better management. Try to ad pictures from the filthy parking lot, but don't know if it worked. Terrible. 9/11/2021 Update; someone heard me: the place is cleaned up. Awesome. Now I even enjoy it more to come and look for parts with my husband. Thanks

The Augusta location scammed me out of $29.88 and said they couldn’t refund my money back right away because it was pending on my account so if you go pay with cash or they will steal your money

Bathrooms are out of order. The golf carts are all broken. We are not allowed to bring our own golf cart. I am a disabled veteran. I drove to pull a part in a vehicle with disabled veteran plates. Parked in a handicapped parking spot. Then I have no other choice but to stumble around on gravel because the golf carts are not available. I was in an extreme amount of pain by the time that I got back to my car. This is an Americans with disabilities act lawsuit waiting to happen.

Employee Johnny Cash gave me the best customer service from the time I arrived until I checked out. He was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. This man could could train employees and he certainly deserves a raise.

The young man (from Davis towing) who picked up my vehicle was so nice, polite and very professional. We completed the paperwork. He paid me for my vehicle and answered some questions I had about another vehicle I have. He made it a very pleasant experience. I will recommend this company and Davis towing to anyone.

Hey...the guy that checked me out was very phenomenal on customer service.. it's sad that I didn't get his name to honor him on this review but with all due respect he was a small built short Caucasian guy on 1/6/2024 at 3:28 p.m...... I can truly say he was the best.

Parts wise they are fine. As far as Calling to confirm the part shown online will fit or cross referencing for certain year models fitment multiple year models, if you are open on a certain day like today, Sunday they need to rectify to better serve customers!

Do not sell to these people if you are in South Carolina. Two full days of waiting so I’m available for the tow truck to pick up the vehicle. Never came. Never called. Apparently if you’re not in Augusta you don’t matter. I realize things happen and you might get bumped but if you’re bumped from your scheduled day how are you not a priority the next day? If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Inexcusable.
