If I could give less than one star, I would. This company has absolutely no professionalism when it comes to communication, with their clients OR their fellow employees. I have used them 3 times now, and the only nice thing I have to say about them is their drivers are very kind. Unfortunately the main office that takes care of most of their communication is atrocious. We have been overcharged for towing fees, had to call to get the issue fixed, and still was given attitude by Ashley, who is usually who answers the main phone. We also called to schedule to pick up our belongings out of a vehicle at their salvage yard and we asked to come at 2:30. We were told we couldn’t have someone meet us until 3:00, and then when we showed up on time (5 mins early to be exact), no one showed. I had to call to find out what was going on, and then was told by Ashley that low and behold they weren’t going be able to get anyone out to us until at least 3:30. There was no attempt to call us and let us know that the time had changed. There were also several other small issues each time we used this company. Again, the drivers are great, but don’t expect the main office to give a single crap about you or basic customer service in general.

The lady taking calls as well as the driver were so nice! Made us feel so well taken care of. Got to us so fast and was able to move our bus with ease. Driver knew exactly what he was doing. Lady taking calls was like a small town friend - just so nice.

I'm writing this review for my husband who has been waiting for the last 4 and 1/2 hours for someone to tow our car. Four blocks originally was told was going to be a 2-hour wait. Now the batteries run out on the car. He has no hazard lights and his ass end is sticking out in the middle of the road Menifee. I am lucky that I had someone who was able to pick my child up from the car. This is ridiculous. Get it together and USAA will be hearing about this

They are attempting to capitalize off the fact that I was trapped in the middle of a dang hurricane to get some money out of me and I won’t stand for it. September 27th we had a hurricane. My car was sandwiched on Highway 23, in front of me was a car with a tree that had fallen on top of it. Behind me was another fallen tree and a car stuck in a ditch making it impossible for me to go anywhere. I was forced to leave my car, as I said it was in the middle of a hurricane. When I returned my car was gone. Phone lines were down and I was left without a car. When Burke County Sheriff Station finally got phone service I called and called looking for my car but their system was down so they couldn’t tell me anything. Finally Monday they told me they used 4 different tow companies. I called them all and went by and nothing. My car was just missing. I was going to report it stolen today but the front desk receptionist told me they use one more place, Chancey’s, great news right? WRONG I call them and they say it’s going to be $585. I explained I had no idea where my car was and there was nothing I could do to get it. My phone number and keys were left in the car. Somebody could have called me or let me know “Hey we got your car during the NATURAL DISASTER” but nothing. The older lady who never gave her name hung up in my face when I wouldn’t accept a discounted rate of $400. A natural disaster happened and they are trying to price gouge me out of $400. They are blaming the Burke County Police Department which is laughable IMO.

Chancey's service is exceptional. They were dispatched through my AAA service contract. While I had an endless sea of poor service issues with AAA. Chancey's follow through, professionalism, and courteous, thoughtful engagement was the only thing that kept me from losing my mind with AAA. The driver (Parks) that was dispatched to provide a jump service was so professional and friendly. Truly great experience all around with Chancey's.

Horrible i waited 2 hours they told me 2:05 arrival ! I called at 2:18 and they told me a entire whole 45 min more ! When i asked why nobody contacted us to let us know we could have called a different tow she laughed like it was A JOKE. ! I dont find it funny its a holiday weekend an the auto body closes today on a Saturday and they lied about arrival time an then didnt have the DECENCY TO CALL AND LET ANYONE NO THAT THERE DRIVER WAS STILL ANOTHER 45 min out ! People have children an lives an this place was HORRIBLE ! The woman on the phone should. Be real proud of her customer service skills ! You never know who the customer is !

The driver gave me an amount and then said he couldn't take a check. When my credit card statement came they had billed me $65.00 more. When I called, the person who answered said it was for the hook up fee on top of the per mile charge. Then she said a very dismissive "sorry". Well I am too, because I will never use them again nor will I recommend them.

Worst experience ever in the CSRA area if i could give zero stars i would. The lady I talked to on the phone must of hated her job, just rude and nasty. Waited over 3 hours, called another towing company and was towed and dropped off in 30mins!!! Avoid this company at all cost unless you have hours to waste.

WOST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! It was so bad I hung up the phone and told the girl that answered I wanted to talk to her face to face. The dispatcher LIED about what I’d have to pay saying as long as I didn’t it keep it over night it wouldn’t be a charge. Then the girl, I wouldn’t dare call her a woman, asking to send personal information to her cell phone ( photo identification ) for what? If they had a corporate number I would call so fast to clean house!! Yall gotta hire better and more KNOWLEDGEABLE people. See you all soon💋

They towed my car after an accident. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and helpful when I went to get my personal items out of my car. Explained how everything worked with the insurance company and what I had to do to release my car.

Waited hours longer then the ticket/Eta said they was going be. When I called the 3rd/4th time cause the hung up on me and asked where they was the lady argued with me that I never called before and no one in the office talked to me and raised her tone with me. Ultimately had my insurance cancel the request to go with another company.

The person that towed my vehicle in was very nice and respectable. Nikki the receptionist was very pleasant every time I spoke with her and very helpful. But, Merritt (however you spell her name) is rude! She need to take notes from Nikki. I didn't like how she over talked my fiancé while trying to get clarification on a few things.

Just want to share my experience with this company the driver make a great job but the person behind the phone was the most disrespectful and rude, they even try to involved my military CoC for a mistake and miscommunication they make. Just hoping they can improve the awful treatment. I just put 2 star for the driver if not they don't even deserve a star.

Pretty fast, they will call you with updates as to where they are and how much longer it will be so you aren’t just waiting without any idea of when the tow truck will come. Very friendly. Will also let you ride with your car so you don’t also have to Uber.

At residence to get keys out of car dispatcher told me to come back Monday when I informed him it was my house key he said its nothing he can do stated I would call authorities told me who would contact a driver but I would have to wait 20-25 minutes but since I have an attitude he would not assist me. Just got out of accident on meds just needed keys.

My son had his truck towed from his brother’s house to Lexus in Augusta. Upon arriving 30 minutes early to pick up the truck, the driver gave an incorrect credit card number to his office which was declined. The driver (said) he called my son twice and my son didn’t answer so the Chauncey’s office manager gave the driver a directive to IMPOUND the vehicle. The total charge to take the truck back to Lexus was almost $500. This was THEIR mistake. I had to pay for THEIR mistake. If I didn’t, the daily impound charge would keep accumulating. We all understand that if somebody’s vehicle has to be towed, there’s already a hardship that is glaringly apparent. To USE the hardship of the struggling working class against them is completely unethical and is conducive to loan shark strong-arm tactics. NEVER use these unethical opportunists. They wouldn’t even entertain the idea of splitting the outrageous charges 50/50. Don’t forget that what comes around, goes around. BTW; my son was mowing grass when they say they called; he couldn’t hear his phone. I’ll be checking phone records for a timestamp and I’ll see them in court.

I had a 67000 pound boom lift stuck in my front yard in mud. they came out same day with their giant winch and pulled me right out. They were awesome every step of the way, I was severely stressed, but the operator was very confident and he was awesome! Chancey’s will always be my go to for life.

The drivers Left my car in front of someone's house instead of the shop that's clear as day in the location and description of location, given. The dispatcher wants to argue with me as if she was in the car with the drivers or make them take photos of where they drop off vehicles, to know he ain't lying. So she's calling me a liar. Then my window is down. The Mechanic guys had to pull my car from somebody's house PAST the SHOP and the DIRECTIONS given to BOTH DRIVERS TWICE and that my front passenger window was down which I didn't let down. Idk if that driver let it down when him and other buddy pushed my car onto that bed but I had just cleaned out my car and let up my windows. If my window is broke like these Mechanic people telling me, it won't go up, and nothing was wrong with my windows prior to either of their possessions we going to have a bigger problem!

Called on a Thursday to make an appointment to pick up my bike on Monday at 9AM because I was closing on my house and needed the Bike out of the house by 11. 9AM rolls around and nothing. Waited till 10:30 and called the office. They told me they had a whole bunch of accidents they needed to take care of before they got to me and that they should be on their way in 30-50 minutes. Accidents happen but I would’ve appreciated a call letting me know they were going to be late at least. At 11:00, I called to cancel. Ended up going with another towing company that were punctual and tried to stick by the time we both agreed.

If you're looking for a quick, predatory, efficient parking lot monitoring company... This is THE PLACE for you. I'm a semi truck driver and I parked at a shopping center by my house this morning so I could spend a few hours with my family before returning to my 80 hour work week. In the few hours I was at home they managed to come by and snatch my truck up! Five stars because they were able to give me my home back, same day, even though they charged me an extra $50 for the service. Truckers: $900 total!!! Augusta doesn't play around. Watch where you park.
