I would’ve left 5 stars but when my car was dropped off I received no call from the tow-person and my key was left all the way turned on in the ignition for a battery I fought hard to get.

Crooks and thieves! My truck was towed and the tow truck driver thought it was ok to steal tools from my tool box. If you have another opinion for tow then I suggest you take it!

Had a semi broke down in the area. Called the office, agreed on the price and time. Everything was done in timely manner with no "hidden fees". Thanks for the help

Awful service. After waiting all day on 12/27/2021 (11:45 am initial call, estimated time of 1.5 hours, driver arrives approx 3:45) The driver for Chancey’s refused to tow my vehicle because he said it was smoking. It was a rubber belt that was “smoking.” I called Bo’s Wrecker Service and they had a driver to me in 15 minutes. Loaded and delivered to the shop before closing time. Three 😕😕😕 for Chancey’s
