Decent, overpriced, over managed. $806 for wheel seal leak. Told by Robert it would be $450 ended up paying double. $200 an hour for small unpaved shop with no trailer drop. But they charge like a dealer price. Nevertheless, good experienced mechanics, especially Luke. Which I don’t have a problem with. Definitely I could tell that this shop needs to be re-managed unless they’re gonna be ripping off drivers overcharging them. Definitely not my shop to go back. I fix my truck at home in charlotte for half the price. I sat there in the lobby for four hours, no customers walking in. But all I saw a front desk person going to vending machine and back, the manager, and a parts guy. I understand they all have to eat. I think for the owner to strive with this garage, he needs to cut down the staff, lower the price, and maybe roll up the sleeves and work himself to survive. Giving you an advice as a trucking business owner for over 25 years.

These guys are amazing. Don’t bother going to TA. Professional and affordable . THANK YOU SO MUCH. I needed a wheel seal and TA was no help at all. Not issues for these guys. They had me in an out HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Good, honest mechanics are hard to find these days. I will start finding loads to this area if I need my truck worked on. Better than Love’s, TA and the dealers

Very helpful and friendly. They replaced a broken spring bolt and bushings in my old peterbilt and got me back on the road at a very reasonable rate. Thanks guys!

Don't go to this shop they don't know how to repair semi truck I got my starter change from them and after few days my truck shut off on the highway went to other repair shop find out they didn't install the electric line correctly its burn all my electric lines they watch YouTube video and repair your truck so call is your good luck

Was stuck at the Loves with a leveling valve issue. They looked one up on my description since I couldn’t get numbers off mine. They found one, brought it to me, and let me pay after confirming it would work. Nice folks and great service! I do recommend them!!

They were very nice they didn’t have what I needed so they referred me somewhere else and they had it. They were awesome though

My rig had a DPF exhaust issue. X 15 cummins. Morris had the software and a highly qualified tech handled the job. Took some time but was in and out same day!! Thanks guys!! Great work!

Had an airline from the compressor crack on me. TA, O'Reilly's, Tractor Supply had 3/4 but not the female end like I needed. Had my fingers cross on Morris for Monday morning. They were recommend by the others🤫🤫, thankfully they had the right part. Thank you, thank you, Morris Truck Repair.

My truck had broke down in the turn lane it would not shift into gear. I called Morris truck repair the mechanic was to me in less than 5 mins did a computer diagnostic found that my ECA had low voltage he pin pointed the problem very quick and had me on my way. Very honest, affordable and knowledgeable. I was grateful broke down near thery location I left a happy customer. Thank you again.

Very nice customer service experience. 26ft Straight Truck wouldn't start. Had to get towed to this location. First thing in the morning, front desk person welcomed me in and assisted me with out a scheduled appointment (which is rare these days). I the Mechanic name is Robert, he although booked as already busy, he took the time to at least check to see what the problem was. Within a few minutes he discovered the issue right in the front parking lot. Got it running, changed the water separator filter and found another issue with a faulty radiator sensor that needed replacing...those little things are what is missing from companies today, but not this time. Thank you Morris Trucking Repair Inc., for getting me back on the road. The only negative is that they are not closers to my home, so that I could get my truck serviced by them all time 😁

I had a blowout on my truck and called to see if they would put my spare tire on and it was no problem! Went in at lunch time but before their food was digested, my tire was changed and I was down the road!

I broke my drive line and barely drive to TA travel center wich is not far from them, they told me that I need new driveshaft and need to order Atlanta with crazy money and time. I found Morris truck repair on google, they fix my old drive shaft, fixed my another drive shaft changed the oil for me with very decent and fair price for me. $425 for two batteries? Let's be realistic... We asked for reasonable price, and they wouldn't negotiate. We will try not to send trucks there anymore.

I had a wheel seal replaced. Was in and out relatively quickly. I called ahead and set a arrival time. I would suggest the same to anyone, place isn't very big. They do have enough room to drop a trailer though.

After waiting on two other towing companies in Madison, GA for 4 hours, I contacted Morris. They responded within 30 minutes at 1:00 am on a Sunday night/Monday morning for a tow that was over 80 miles. The driver could not have been more courteous and helpful. If you are stranded in the Madison, Georgia area, I highly recommend you contact Morris Wreckers and Truck Repair. The wrecker service is open 24 hrs. by the way! I would have contacted them sooner but the internet was telling me they were closed.

My husband and I blew a tire on I20....Mr. William and Aubrey, our wrecker technician and dispatcher were so helpful and were a blessing to our day!! They were our Guardian Angels for the day!!!!! Thanks again!

Having to get a car towed is typically not a fun experience. Had to get my car towed late at night -- William with Morris Wrecker helped us out. A1 service! He was friendly and professional. Much appreciated after an ordeal with our vehicle.

I took my personal truck here for an injector job estimated at 500$ after getting all the parts my self within the same day they got the job done .They do a good job in the shop mechanics know what they doing but the guy working on my truck was learning how to do this job on my truck 2009 and took a long time to finish but everything was done right and good when i go pay my bill was 798.00---- Acording to them they were charging me per hour and thats what i needed to pay got extremely mad about to file law suit because this crap was very unfair (BOB ) said u need to pay for it i said i was expecting something like 650 $ but at almost 800$ be extremely careful with this people especially BOB they will rip you off in a blink of an eye mechanics there are good but when it comes to billing be prepare to pay be over charged or charged just like a dealer .

Had fuel Injector Isuues took it here they fixed it but I brokedown again 75 miles later! I called them told them what happened they sent a wrecker but in the back of my mind I'm thinking there's no way they'll admit to making a mistake and charge me out the !@# for more work but I was wrong! this is by far the most honest truck repair I've experienced in my 5 Yrs I've found my truck repair shop from this piont forward!
