I broke down yesterday, and had to wait 3 hours for tow truck to get there. The fought all lays on the company I hired to send the tow truck. The keep trying to get people to far away, & they keep cancelling. Well finally the called Ebenezer towing services, and they came right away. The gentle was very nice, friendly and helpful.

I used Ebenezer on a cold wintry evening when my car broke down and I was really in a bad spot. I called few Towing services but they did not answer. Finally, my finger crossed, I called Ebenezer and they promptly answered my call. They promised me that they will be down in 30-45 minutes and they did so. They were very professional, reasonably priced and took proper care of my car and parked the car safely on my driveway. I strongly recommend Ebenezer to anybody who needs a Towing service. I will use them again for sure !!

Freddy was EXTREMELY professional, kind, thoughtful, & caring. My car got stuck on the highway shoulder due to my alternator failing.
