Went in to get some wiper blades yesterday. The older gentleman was helpful in finding the right ones, but then he set a container of windshield washer fluid on the counter and said it came with them. I said ok even though I didn’t need it. Figured there was a promo going on or something.
I checked the receipt later and he charged me for them! Not a huge deal as it’s only $5, but the fact that he lied rubbed me the wrong way…
Let’s hear it for JAMESSSSS! This guy holds the commercial sales department together. I work for another auto repair company and every time I have trouble finding the right part, James always comes through for me. I could have the wrong car all together and describe to him exactly what I need and he would figure out exactly how to find what I am looking for. I love all the guys in the commercial department, but James is always my go to guy!!
Every time I visit this store the staff is always extremely helpful and friendly! The customer service here is exceptional. Corrine helped me pick out the right headlights and offered to change them for me! It was so nice to leave with exactly what I needed.

Scammer alert! This place allow you to order for home delivery, then you never get what you order, when you call the store this is their answer: " We don't have anything to do with that call corporate..." No I have to file a charge back...stay away.
Auto Zone in Sugar Hill, GA is the best. Rose and Ray are so helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Never have the dealership change your filters. Save tons of money and buy at Auto Zone and most of the time they will install for you. They always have for me but don’t know if that is policy or if Rose and Ray just go above and beyond. Go see them for all your car needs. They are happy to help.

I came into get a headlight bulb and this location went above and beyond by asking exactly what the problem was and helping me resolve. Turned out wire was loose and the bulb wasnt even faulty... didn't even purchase anything. Best service I've gotten anywhere.
Stopped by here today with my 82 year old Aunt who was having battery problems. Rose went above & beyond helping us. She checked the battery twice & codes. We realized it was in fact the battery throwing codes. Once replaced my Aunt was able to make her very important Dr. Visit. Will be using this store again!

I recently went in here thinking I had the oddest request. My phone quit connecting to my car and as a sales rep I need the hands free feature all the time. I'm blanking on the employees name but he came out and helped me reconnect it. I was very happy that he didn't make me feel like an idiot. Thank you!!
I recently made a trip to AutoZone to purchase some items for my car and I have to say, I was very impressed with the selection of items they had in stock. The store was well-organized and the staff was very helpful, offering recommendations and answering my questions with expertise. I was able to find everything I needed to detail my car and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, I had a great experience at AutoZone and I will definitely be returning for all of my future car detailing needs

Helped me change my battery, which the manufacturer completely over-designed. Took 3 of the employees helping with me checking YouTube tutorials, but they helped get it done right. I'm satisfied, and will be coming back.
I love the store, but this new manager Sean H. is terrible. There was a line of customers. So I walked round until the cleared out. All but the last one. Finally it was my turn and he asked me how he could help. I told him what I needed, and he decided to tidy up things and help his associate with three different things before looking up my part. All with no other customers in the store now. Then asks the make and model like three times 1 min apart. I believe it was done on purpose because I had to return a part earlier and he retrieved the wrong one. Now he is spiteful. If someone would pease deal with this. So I don't have to shop somewhere else.
Most of the staff are great. However, there was one that I’ve heard giving terrible auto advice and having people pay entirely too much money unnecessarily. He advised me that my engine had jumped time and needed my engine rebuilt. He told me he knew a good shop that would do it for 4K. The actual issue was a solenoid that cost $110. It was obvious to me that the guy was an idiot but I have no doubt he’s take advantage of the average customer on numerous occasions.
Awesome staff... was having a hard time taking my tag lights off... Mel B. Stepped right up n took it out. She's very knowledgeable. She's an example of great customer service. While I was there, I witnessed her helping a special needs kid fixing his bike. Great Job Mel B.
Both headlights went out on my way home and I stopped here to replace them. The Employee Rachel saw me watching a video on how to replace them and informed me I would need gloves so that I wouldn't touch the glass on the new headlights and ruin them. She brought me a pair and was extremely helpful. Great customer service that will make me a repeat customer!
Was visiting from Louisiana and my battery went dead. The manager and the employee made sure my battery was 100% charged. They suggested the proper recommendations and made me feel comfortable about the ride back home. Their true professionalism was more than appreciated. Thanks AutoZone!
