I had the Best Customer Experience at this location after finding myself in a very desperate and scary situation. I had an old battery in my car and needed it replaced immediately. Reggie Phillips (I hope I got that right) rushed to my aid, got a true professional to assist me with the installation of my brand new battery purchase made at his store for a great price! What service! He went above and beyond and had he not, my car may have been ruined because when they removed the old battery, it was in their own words, about to explode! He, and his team saved me a world of headache. Thank you kind Sir, and O’reillys Auto Parts!

On Easter I was driving when a biker told me my brake lights were not working. At the time, the bulbs were fine. I replaced the battery. They installed it without me knowing they do that. The lights still didn't work. I replaced the brake light switch, luckily they had. The brake lights still didn't work. Checked the bulbs again and they had blown through this process. With minutes to spare and patience running thin, I purchased the bulbs and everything worked again. It also fixed my cruise control. Without the help of these guys on a holy holiday I would have been up shits creek without a paddle. So, thank you. 🙏🤌

Been awhile since I did a review on this store. Over the past year I have bought quite a few parts and so far everything was in stock . Everyone there is really easy to deal with and eager to help you out .

I’ll be going to Advanced from now on. I recommend everyone else do the same They are usually great and helpful. But I guess I came on the wrong shift… Purchased a new battery for my car. When I went to check out, I paid and he told me he would remove the core charge after I returned the old battery. Sure that’s fair, BUT…. “you’ll be installing the battery taking the core back with you right? He replied “we never install batteries”. I pointed to the sign RIGHT BEHIND HIM, “FREE INSTALLATION OF CAR BATTERY WITH PURCHASE”. He then said well we don’t want the liability of something goes wrong. The associates just stood at the window and watched me from inside. 0 help, they didn’t come out to even talk me through it, didn’t help bring batteries in or out. They just didn’t want to do it. Period. I wonder what would have happened if someone was disabled or uninformed on the process. Would they have just watched and laughed? Would they just leave a person stranded? If you won’t honor your advertisements then removed the signs.

I called this store twice yesterday and today mind you I got the same answer I asked if they can replace signal lights they told me yes again yesterday and today so I went I asked upfront “I heard y’all can replace signal lights “ nobody even tried to help all they did was say no they don’t do that literally waste my time and gas

Tim was great, he located a part for me over the phone, had it ready along with my quote, and I was in and out. The store was clean, Tim was very pleasant. My wife and I recently moved and I needed a consistent local parts store, planning to come back here first in the future.

I just witnessed one of the workers here at this location, refuse to attend a customer. The costumer wasnt being rude or anything. The cashier/clerk just refused to help. Clearly I heard her say NO to him. Thats not right, every costumer should be treated with the same respect! Management should do better at hiring their people!

I love this place. I think this one is better that AutoZone or Advanced Auto for just buy simple stuff for cars. Not so busy so I can ask some questions about cars and they provide better service. I just went there last night! The female lady was friendly and got me what I need for my car. Try this place! No lines to wait!

Called the store less than an hour before closing on a Saturday night and Lewis was extremely helpful in checking to see if they had the part I needed. On pickup, Jamar was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure it was exactly what I needed. Great customer service, especially right before close!

I called two other auto parts stores tonight. One being Advance auto parts and the other was auto zone which put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I called O'reilly's after reading that they also install your battery if purchased with them. Jamar was excellent on the phone and in person. He went out of his way to find the correct battery for my car. He even installed it when others said they couldn't The young man with him was just as friendly and courteous. I sincerely appreciate the help and kindness that was shown by these two gentlemen this evening!

So much appreciation for Seth Lovely for going well beyond the call of duty to help me with my battery issue. After dealing with a fairly frustrated customer, he was able to turn his attention to my need with kindness and grace. I don't know how much he makes, but in my opinion he deserves a raise!! This was the first time I had been in any of these auto parts store, due to his efforts, I believe you have made me a customer for life. Thanks Seth

Traveled from Michigan and had problems with my car that I never have problems with. Asked the gentlemen to use their device to check my transmission or fluids. They denied me because I said my check engine light was not on. So I left to my engine light turning on. They could of at least went outside for my comfort to check it.

I left work to find that my car was dead and went in to O'Reilly's in search of jumper cables. I was then told that they have a jump box (??) And could jump my car for freeeeee <3 I seriously had no idea auto parts store a carried these magical items. I didn't catch either workers names here but rest assured, you are God's among men :) thank you!

There are some folks that really don’t get the recognition they deserve. Ms. Judy has always been a courteous professional over the last decade since I’ve known her. The manager Tina has been very easy to work with and the two are always very accommodating. If you need a scan on your vehicle, you never wait long. It's not just about saving money on auto parts. It’s about going to a place where people value doing business with you. I have reviewed dozens of businesses in the area, some bad ones too but this store will always get my business.

My favorite place. Unfortunately he did not have the part I needed. So went across the street to the dealer (Chrysler) the dealer will not just sell you the bushing that I needed; he would sell me a whole cable system with the bushing for $155.00 (bushing is 15.00) . so go back to O'Reilly, he was able to point me to the online link...even though he did not have the part, got me to the place to get it!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oh my God y'all let me just tell you how wonderful this particular store at and how wonderful all of the associates that help me are. Its kind of a long story so bear with me.My mother-in-law had bought a battery just under a year ago but we lost the receipt we didn't know that at that time the person that helped her have used his phone number to get a discount on the battery. Well the battery turned out to be bad and I'm trying to return it but the numbers I'm giving them don't pull up any warranty for the battery on top of that the store that I went to is not the store where the battery was purchased. I was very frustrated because I had already gone to a previous store and they were no help so I'm making a last-ditch effort the first associate is a new associate so he wasn't able to help but then Cole intervened. He was determined to help me he started asking questions what store I bought it acquired the store number started plugging in how to get a manager login to view another stores activity and finally Tracked Down the transaction I was able to swap out battery since it was still under warranty. I was almost ready to give up I was almost ready to buy another battery and just take a loss but Cole was relentless. Thank you Cole! When you go tell him GiGi said hi! The battery lady!

These guys are the best! They didnt mind having to spend a little bit of time just to help out a customer like me, for example, I had just broken my car key off inside the lock of my driver side door, so I went in to see if there was anything they could do to help me and sure enough they had just the thing...saving me tons of money just by doing something so simple! Thanks guys!

Clean well-organized store with incredibly helpful staff. It has all the same accessories and replacement parts as the competition but it's much better organized.

Michel and Jennifer Lynn were kind enough to open for me after the store had already closed and help me install a battery. This kind of customer service is rare and unexpected. I will definitely continue to do business with o'reillys.
