Phil was a life saver! Our car broke down and we were stranded on our way home from spring break.
Our car broke down with my wife, 3boys and myself.
Phil was able to give me a ride to get a U-Haul so I could arrange long range tow back home. He helped me load the car. He was extremely kind and friendly. He made sure we were taken care of and all for a very fair price.
Did I mention it was Easter Sunday! I hope no one needs Phillips towing but if you do you will be very fortunate if you are in his service area!! Thanks again Phil!
Damaged my car, didn’t even offer an apology, owner had his feelings hurt because I was mad about my vehicle being messed up because his tech (his son) used a putty knife and slim Jim to unlock my car and not a proper tool set. Told me to have my lawyer contact him. If zero stars were possible I’d be doing that. Mind you I paid $80
Stay away from these people. They will accept a title with a forged signature to buy a car. Happened to me. They bought my vehicle without my presence for $200.00 instead of $500.00 that I was selling it for. Never talked to them about selling them my 1995 Buick regal. Was bought behind my back.
Stay away from this company. Horrible customer service, won’t let the insurance adjuster look at the car so the Gap insurance will kick in because we owe him not the finance company over 1,000+ for a totaled car that’s been sitting for 2 weeks. Thanks for making our situation worse ?.
Great service! I was stranded at night with a flat many hours from home in a rental. They arrived well before the estimated time and got me squared away. Thank you for your help!
