I had to get my car towed and it was definitely in a weird position, Dondra came out and did complain or grip the first bit. she got to work and we Joked and talked while she was getting my car loaded up. By far the best experience I have ever had as long as Dondra is working here they will get my business 10/10 recommend using them.

My car broke down on I-75 North in Calhoun, Ga at 4am. Dondra was the assigned tow truck driver. She called me to find out my location and quickly arrived and got my vehicle on her truck. She drove me and my vehicle to Marietta, Ga to Firestone for service . Dondra is very professional and a great driver. She is the best tow truck driver that I have had. I can’t say enough good things about Mitchell, the tow truck driver who came to help me on a freezing 25° morning when my electric vehicle wouldn’t start. He was the only person who actually answered and showed up. He got there around 6 AM after no one else would return my calls I had been making since 2:30am.
Mitchell went above and beyond from the moment he got there. He had to climb into the back of my car in a very tight space with limited equipment and worked incredibly hard trying to pull out the difficult-to-access battery to restart it. When the restart didn’t work, he patiently troubleshot every option to get my EV loaded onto the truck—even though we couldn’t put it into neutral. The whole process was complicated, but he never complained and stayed kind, calm, and helpful throughout.
His professionalism, problem-solving skills, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. If you need towing services, I highly recommend Mitchell.
I popped a tire while out of state. Ms. Dondra got to me in 15 minutes and had me back road ready in no time flat! I hope I don’t need roadside assistance again, but if I do, I hope I get Ms. Dondra again!
These guys are literally the best in every category, I work in Rome and got in an accident messed up my front end and needed my car towed back home to Dalton. Not only did Dondra come and pick up my car at a moments notice but she made me feel comfortable and safe about the entire incident. Apart from being lifesavers, they made the whole process fast easy and not to mention their rate was significantly less than every tow company in Dalton and Rome. I will definitely be using them exclusively from this moment on. I just have to say, they did AWESOME! I called 08/15 for an emergency situation and they dropped everything and helped me and my daughter out! Their team was spot on, respectfully, active and got the job done in a matter of the time frames we had of 40 mins. I truly appreciate Patricia and Mitchell and the tow truck driver did for us. We were on our way from Ohio to Florida and broke down in the middle of the night on I-75. Lovers Lane was great. They were courteous and accommodating over the phone (even at 4 am), and the driver was just as incredible. They’ve recommended a local mechanic with excellent reviews, so I’m assuming we’re well on our way to getting back on the road! Highly recommend!!

I was stranded in the middle of nowhere and companys from Chattanooga would not come tow me back to within a mile of the Chattanooga TN line, but Lovers Lane towing was happy to do the Job. They drove over an hour north to load me up and haul me almost another hour North. The gentleman that did the job was awesome. Very appreciative of the business and helpful. I got his name and totally forgot it, but he was great! Thank you!!! I highly recommend this company and if a representative of this company reads this, please add his name in a comment. Great guy!!!
Mitchell and Jalen were great!! They helped get all the vehicles in the accident towed back to the yard. Both are very nice and very helpful and most important they make sure everyone and their vehicles are safe. Very happy with their services and I highly recommend them whenever you need a tow!!!
