My experience at Old National Highway was great! The representative name Sandreen Was very professional and knowledgeable of the parts and products in the store. She was extremely patient with me for I can sometimes ask a thousand questions.
No idea what's going on at this place. They do a test telling me its the battery but someone took the tools home so it can't be changed. I get to another O'reillys and its the alternator. I show them the paper given to me at this location and its an Emissions Test. I thought they were checking my battery.
I came in and needed to figure out why nothing electronic wise was working, came in and got my battery tested and it was bad, Wilkin helped me and taught how to replace the battery and got me back on the road safely. The entire team had great customer service.

Worst experience in my 13 yrs of purchasing parts. First of all I would like to say that I've walked into this store on several occasions and witnessed confrontations with this same female representative and other customers. (3/18/24) I'll never send any of my customers or purchase parts from this location again. On this particular day a simple full brake and rotor job on a customer vehicle turned into a complete nightmare. I walked into the store and there were 2 customers and 3 clerks at the front counter. I placed the old parts on the counter an older gentleman asked if he could help? I explained to the representative that I brought the old parts in to accurately match the new parts. The representative checked the inventory and explained to me that he was going to bring out what he had in stock too accurately match the parts. As the representative attempted to pull the new parts, a female representative who's helping a customer at the front counter stops the employee who's helping me by asking him "can't the customer look his own dimension for his rotors on his phone"? At this time I look in the direction of the female employee and she's looking directly at me and she asks sir do you have your phone? I explained to her that I do, but from my experience in purchasing parts, looking up and assisting the customer with parts is the parts representative's job. The female representative responded with a WOW response. I politely thanked the representative for his help and explained to him that I'm navigating my way to the AUTO ZONE right up the street today and for future purchases. I refuse to receive horrible customer service from anyone because I refuse to reciprocate that to my customers. This location is a perfect candidate for the new AI ROBOTS that's on the way! The lesson I learned to today was if you ever find yourself at your place of employment trying to get your customers to do your job for you, then you need to find a new career. I called for information and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely helpful and even said that if I needed more help that I should call back awesome service ? it was about a 2014 Malibu vacuum seal pump ❤️❤️❤️
I've rebuilt 2 hondas. When I need parts I check oriellys. Usually have to wait 1 business day for it. Very convenient. Good parts always take returns. Knowledge people. Easy website too. It remembers make model of car i'm fixing. Sorry advance auto.
Stop advertising stuff if you can’t do it. Went in to inquiry about the check engine light testing and for one the lady is eating at the counter ??♀️she states that someone took there’s but I’m confused on how they took it if they conduct the test … so that means someone wasn’t doing their job or was probably eating ??♀️
The district manager is a punk that thinks he's some kind of corporate magnate or something but he's not. He'll lie to your face and then leave you hanging. What MAN does that? PUNKS DO!! I gave 1 star because half of a star isn't available! My family and friends will NEVER spend another dollar at O'Reilly!
Cedric helped me out with an alternator issue on my truck. After he sold me a new alternator he came outside and showed me how to replace it. I wish I could move him to my local O'Reillys. Thanks Cedric.
Fast service but people behind the counter didn't really know much about cars. Let's just say they were there to type in things on the computer and take my money
Manager Joseph is absolutely terrible and should not be allowed to be a representation of Oreilys with such unprofessionalism and sarcastic attitude, he has stereotype all area residents and attempts to deal with all customers with the same bias umpleasent atttitude, without customers there would no need for Oreilys and no need for him, please do not accept this type of treatment for any business that u spend your hard earned money and dont allow people that are in field of customer service to treat u as though u need their service, do as I did get your money back and go to some where else and never do business with them again and when there buisness doors close they will know the power of the consumers.
