When you’re dealing with needing to repair your car the last thing you want to have is a rag tag repair spot. These guys were pro all around, super sweet and thorough at the front desk, and helped everything go smooth to get me back up on the road. My truck is an older 90s ford and they made it as good as new. (It was as good as new before that semi took out the passenger side)

We had a fantastic experience with Corbitt’s! Mike called us from vacation to make sure we were taken care of and Chandler kept us informed throughout the process. We’re unable to tell that the back of our car had been previously damaged. Both the repair and the paint job made our nearly new car look new once again!

Terrible service, owners manual stolen out of my vehicle, had to take vehicle there several times for the same repair. When I picked up my vehicle, it was filthy inside and out!

The worse body shop to take your car I went in for a simple quarter panel replacement and paint.... While there they ripped my headliner Got what looks like sanding compound on my driver seat My keyless entry got damaged My trunck is having issues closing When the repairs got done the paint had bumps on it Said they would fix it and they literally took sand paper and sanded the hell out of it Over spray on my door and sanded that too.. I took it back 3 times to get fixed every time it came back worse... Still to this day my seat is stained keyless still don't work And paint still scratched from the sand paper they used... If you value your car any don't bring it to them.. Here are the receipts to prove it.

My repair was sort of minor with a hood adjustment and paint job didn’t take long and lifetime guarantee not only did they clean up the exterior but the interior too very unexpected but very appreciated!!!! Lifetime customer now

Phenomenal service! Corbitt's Collision was exceptional from beginning to end: from the moment I walked through the door to driving off with my car at a 10+! The location itself is manicured beautifully w/ lovely landscaping. The office itself is pristine and even smells fragrant with high-end candles burning. The receptionists, mechanics, all staff are extremely professional, thorough, and delightful to work with. They did expert repairs and kept me updated throughout the process. My car was repaired flawlessly, immaculately cleaned (impressive as I have a huge dog that sheds), and ready to go in less time than quoted. EXCELLENT experience!

AVOID AT ALL COST! Theft of Property Actually the rating is a zero, but Google doesn’t have that option. I was referred to this collision center through my insurance provider and while waiting to hear about the results of my damage my vehicle was held at this center off Roosevelt Hwy for a week within their gated parking lot. Once it was decided that my car would totaled I was advised by insurance company and this collision to return retrieve all belongings from the vehicle. I arrive to pickup my things and to my surprise several things had been stolen. I contacted the owner who never called me back, the front desk secretary was rude and even my claims adjuster says that she’s difficult to work with ALL THE TIME! I contacted the police and filed a police report because they had possession of my vehicle for a week along with the car remote. Even the police believed their workers were responsible for theft. CHOOSE ANOTHER BUSINESS for your repairs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

It’s difficult to find a body shop you can trust! Corbitt’s Collision has been our go to body shop for many years now. We usually have at least one vehicle in their shop every year due to living in a rural area with abundant wildlife if you know what I mean! They keep their promises With scheduling and deliver quality workmanship. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone involved in a collision or just wanting to improve their vehicles appearance.

Been taking my car here for a while, Family-Run business, Great customer service. Got my AC refrigerant refreshed today and it works great. Have taken probably three to four of my cars there in the past and they have always done a great job.

I had a terrible experience with this shop and would not recommend them to anyone. They initially quoted me $1,000 for my portion of the repair when it was actually only $500. On top of that, I had already given them a $250 check, which they tried to act like they never received. When I questioned them about the incorrect charges, they argued with me until I provided proof from my adjuster—who had already reached out to them and sent an email confirming the correct amount. Despite this, they still attempted to overcharge me. The shop also took far longer than necessary to complete the repairs. My car was in their possession for over a month for work that should have only taken about 10 days. They claimed they were waiting on a supplemental payment, but after speaking with my insurance company, I found out the supplemental had already been approved and the additional $500 had been sent. They held up my car for weeks over this small amount, even after receiving over $12,000 from me. To make matters worse, they falsely claimed my car was ready on a Friday. I let them know I would pick it up on Monday, but when I arrived on Tuesday, the car was still not finished. It had not been detailed, it was dirty, and my windshield wiper was coming off. They even tried to lie about washing it. They claimed the car was cleaned and detailed and they were just doing me a courtesy by getting the pollen off, but it was clear the car had actually cleaned. The buildup on the car was not from one night—it had clearly been sitting there for some time. The service was not only unprofessional but also rude and petty. When I expressed my frustration, a man I assume was the owner came out, got nasty with me, and instructed the front desk staff to “take as long as she wanted” with my paperwork. When I pointed out their dishonesty, he smugly responded that he’s “always right.” The pictures speak for themselves—my car was not detailed, and the neglect was obvious. If you have any other options for auto repair, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I wouldn’t even trust this shop to service a toy truck.

GEICO found this company for me after my car was in an accident. From the first encounter to me picking up my car everyone was very pleasant and super nice. Chandler and Brandy have great customer service as well. My car took longer due to their being a delay in parts being delivered but I was made aware of this before I dropped my car off. They even helped with calling enterprise to drop off a car for me and letting them know I left their car at Corbitt. I highly recommend them because my car looked great!! Pretty incredible how they made my truck look like I’d never been hit. Very pleased with the work they did for me and if I’m ever in this situation again I’ll definitely be taking my vehicle here

Upon pickup the other part of the job was not complete, causing them to keep my car over the weekend, adding extra money to the car rental, Upon second pickup paint was over sprayed in the cabin of the car after weeks the toxic smell still lingering. They reinstall a parking sensor incorrectly which they fixed on pickup talking up more of my time. There was a scratch made on my front bumper that was there when I dropped it off at the shop, vehicle was left unlocked outside awaiting shop for days.

I wouldn't take my bike here to get fixed. They have had my car over 2 months and didn't have enough common sense to do a full and complete estimate for insurance. Poooooooooooorrrrrrr service and lazy employees. Not to mention, my car was trashed and looks like it’s been sitting in a barn. No decency at all about them. Ladies beware!

Corbitt’s made extensive repairs to my truck after it was stolen and recovered. The truck looked great after they finished, it was completed ahead of their initial ETA, and best of all was the customer service I received from Chandler. She was on top of things from start to finish.

This company is horrible, do not take your car here. They are very unprofessional and they don’t communicate very well. My front bumper needed to get painted and it took them 3 weeks just to paint my front bumper. They give you the runner rounds. The receptionist are very unhelpful. You ask them a question they always putting you on hold and never know anything or give you updates on your vehicle. I truly advise you not to take your car there.

This was the worst experience ever! Vehicle was only to be there 7 days. Vehicle ended up being there 4 months!! They promised me 3 times it would be ready the week I was calling only to find out a part didn’t arrive, it’s still in build up, part arrived but arrived damaged, waiting for someone to calibrate the car. It was one thing after the other. I have no idea how they are still in business. Also the repairs ended up costing $3000 more than what was estimated. This was such a night mare. I pray no one has to go thru this

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Corbitt's Collision. 2023 has been a year for us, 3 vehicles damaged by the Hail Storm in March. All three were handled by Corbitt's and were as close to perfect as could be after the repairs. 2 of the 3 cars were in and out and a week. The 3rd was delayed because the shattered sunroof had to be replaced and the only one in the country had to be driven here from Maine. We still had that car back in just over 2 1/2 weeks. Last week, I put my car back in Corbitt's hands to fix damage to the driver's door. Again, a week later, my baby is back at home and looks fantastic! Michael is great to work with and always takes the time to come speak to me any time I am in the shop. The staff are very personable and friendly any time I call or drop in. Those who know me, know I am very particular about my cars and their appearance. I never hesitate to recommend Corbitt's Collision to my family and friends when they have the need.

Hit a few deer and had to have some repairs. As always, they got the repairs done faster than scheduled with no issues. Thanks Corbitt’s!! Back again to Corbitt’s when I was hit in the rear. Once again another excellent repair and quick turn around.

My van stayed in this shop for more than 5 months after a car accident. 1st, it was supposed to take about 2 mo, then 2 weeks more, then another 3 weeks and so on. Finaly, as I thought, I received a voice mail last week that my car was ready. Since Monday was holiday, I gave them a call on Tuesday to ask the time I was supposed to pick up the car. The lady over the phone told me the car was not ready and it would take a couple of days to do the tires alignment and to clean the vehicle. Although very irritated, I did agree for a couple of days more. On Friday, when I called, I was then told the windshield was not repaired and it would take some time to fix it. That was it for me! So, I went there and picked up my van. Of course the windshield is not repaired. I now need to call the insurance company to make a claim since they didn't do it. Mind you, prior to the estimate being sent to the insurance company, I went to the shop after hail damage, the shop manager and myself walked around the car to point out all the damages, including the windshield, made by the accident only. She stated the windshield, of course, will be included in the estimate and it was not. I'm so disappointed by their doing. It's not right! At the same time, there is a missing light on the back door of the van. I was asked to bring the vehicle later to fix it. Hell no! I won't. I will find somewhere else do to that. I don't trust them anymore.

Best there is! I took my F250 to Corbitt's Collision for repairs after a wreck and they are the most courteous and responsive body shop I've ever dealt with. The people are top notch and Michael and team made be feel very comfortable with the whole experience! I'll definitely be back if I ever need body or paint work again!

This shop has done a complete turn on the service quality they offer. I was in an accident in January and had my vehicle brought to this shop because I've used them a while back. It is April and I am now getting my vehicle back still with issues they said was fixed to include scratches on my brand new headlight I bought myself. The right fog light isn't working, there's footprints all over the inside of my vehicle including the seats. The first issue was when the shop swear that the insurance company did not pay for OME parts but the insurance did pay for it after reviewing the paperwork (they very well was aware but used the good ole blame the insurance company to pocket the difference). Secondly they ordered the wrong parts claiming those were the only ones that my truck manufacturer had listed (the cheapest version), but I was able to go to the dealership and get the same parts they said was not made for my vehicle which I then delivered to them. They still did not want to talk of the rubber bumper and replace it with the bumper that needed painting because it was cheaper for them. This place has become a big scam. They held my vehicle so long that it received hail damage in their possession where as if they did their job my vehicle would have been home parked in my garage. The day came to discharge my vehicle (yes discharge) and they claim that they were still waiting for a last payment which after calling the insurance company, the payment was made a full month prior. I now have to take my vehicle to the Toyota dealership for service due to a leak I never had under my vehicle. This is very disturbing and disappointing after the length of time it took and the back and forth I had to go through just to get what was done, done. I would recommend that anyone thinking about taking their vehicle there, think twice and if you have no choice then make sure what they tell you is truly what the insurance company said because they are not in it for you or customer satisfaction. All about their pocket.

Corbitt's provides exceptional service and I couldn't be happier. Truly this place is a hospital for cars. The waiting room, actually looks like a Dr's Office. I just left the car with them and 2-3 days later I got the call that the car was ready. Could not believe this turnaround time. The repair work was great and they fixed the entire surrounding area where the car was hit and did not just concentrate on repairing the dent itself. They also washed the car as well, I think. I have a Nissan Leaf and this shop is one of the few that do body work for the Leaf. So yes, get your car fixed here. Very professional. Exceptional service beyond expectation.

Great/Professional service. Michael and his crew got my car fixed for me extremely fast and it looks great! I was updated every few days throughout the entire process so I was never left in the dark about what was going on with my repair. I took my Range Rover Sport Autobiography to Corbitt's for repair service. Craig assisted me and was great. The staff was polite and professional. The facility was state of the art and clean. I appreciated most that Craig was honest and helpful. I was extremely happy with my experience and Corbitt's is now saved in my contacts. I am very particular and dont give many 4 or 5 scores but I had to give one up in this case. They work on cars of all types and you can feel confident of quality work.
