I really don’t know how to rate this place. The staff were friendly. They were very professional.
However I wasn’t sure if they were involved in the scam to tow cars. I parked near the Mercedes Benz Stadium for an event. Someone had charged $20 to park on the side of the street. It looked legit. They had cones out a vest and a police care was parked across the street. I come out the event my car is gone. There was no way to know who took my car I thought it was stolen. I spoke to an apartment manager near where I parked and she told me that this place had my car. She said this was the second time this had happened. The had picked up cars there the week before. I thought that was strange. They were charging a crazy amount to get your car back. Some people didn’t know where there cars were. There were 13 cars towed from the area all by this company. I just found it strange that no other company towed the cars. They had time or enough trucks to get all 13. Then to find out they sell cars that don’t get picked up made me really feel like they were in on the scam. I hope that’s not the case. I wouldn’t use this company only because I don’t live in the area.
Partners with apartment complexes to tow RESIDENTS Vehicles. A Phenomenal tows your vehicle in the late night hours and makes it impossible to retrieve your vehicle or get ahold of any employee after towing occurs until 9am. This company is greedy and poorly managed regarding towing operating vehicles. The cost to retrieve your car if it has been picked up at you or a family/friends residence is $251 CASH ONLY so you don’t dispute your charges on your debit/credit card
They came and Illegally towed my Vehicle from my apartment complex and thought I was about to pay them to get it back. I laughed and hopped right in my second car and got back in bed. Just a little blemish. I’ll miss that car but I’m so Happy I didn’t give them a dime. It was wrecked anyway so I didn’t really care. Company still sucks though.
Took the car from my apartment complex at 2am with no note, warning or way of contact. When I finally did get the number no one could tell me where or who had my car. I’m still waiting for a call back on MY CAR that had not been parked illegally or for more than 12 OR 24 HOURS.
The company had a lady who was very friendly even though the situation was not ideal, she made me and my Mom smile. My mother’s birthday was the next day!!
Unprofessional, rude, dishonest and late. Horrible experience. After my repeatedly calling to get their ever changing ETA/ pickup time, they finally called to confirm/ come to tow me almost 4 hrs after their promised pickup/ towing time. Luckily by then I’d found and called another company who were prompt and professional and who saved me from this nightmare towing company. The dispatcher was super rude and disrespectful. If you’re stranded on the side of the road at night, or really anywhere avoid this company at all costs.
This guy towed my truck from a parking lot and impounded it but to do so he needed a non-consensual towing permit which the state of Ga says Phenominal towing does NOT have. He also needed to have signs posted on any lot where he may tow cars from so that people know where to find their vehicle which he falsely stated he had, BUT HE DID NOT. The only reason I found my truck is because of someone else that had their car ILLEGALLY TOWED happened to see the truck. They did call the police and they did get their car back for free. I didn't realize my right but I do now. I wish I had called the police. If this guy tows your car to impound it illegally, CALL THE POLICE! Demand in front of police that he produce the non-consensual towing permit that he professes to possess AND proof that he has signs at the location your vehicle was towed from. You'll get your car back. In my opinion, this guy is a total con artist.
My 26” box truck got stuck in a ditch with one wheel suspended at 4AM. After calling around to soooo many places, Image answered , quoted me & was able to get here in LESS than the time he estimated he would arrive. If I was ever in an emergent situation again I will definitely be calling Image BEFORE ANYONE ELSE in the city! Thank you!
Image was great tow driver. I broke down at the wrong time and he reminded me it was rush hour. Turns out it gave us plenty of time to talk about everywhere we have traveled all over the world. I have his number now if I need his assistance again.
I wanna start by saying Mr.Image is really a life saver. Being a young woman stuck on the side of the road was such a stressful experience. Mr.Image was driving by and offered his services. He really took his time making sure I felt comfortable and understood the situation. Any questions I had he happily answered. My car and I were safe in his hands.
They don’t know if they work for my apartments or themselves! They blame the apts the apts blame them. They have come and towed several cars it’s like they pick and choose because after mine was towed the days following there are cars in the same place mine was towed from due to lack of proper parking. They issue no type of warning my car was at the tow yard for a couple of hours because I had to wait for them to open and was charged $250. Filing a complaint with the BBB against them and my apartments
A phenomenal towing is a must recommend. I had a tow driver by the name of “ image”, he got my car exactly where I needed it fast and safe. I would definitely use tow services agin with this company

I caught a flat coming off the freeway. I tried to make it to the tire shop unsuccessfully. I was stuck! I saw a tow truck come out of nowhere and flagged them down. The driver Mo was a god send , he was so kind and towed me to a tire shop. He was in his way to a job and didn’t have to stop but he did and I am forever thankful for his kindness. If you ever need a tow this is the company for the job

The one and only key to our car that was parked in the ATL West garage was stolen. I called A Phenomenal Towing after reading the reviews and seeing that they had the right equipment to get the car out of the garage. Image met me at the garage and was able to get the car out and over to the dealership. Image was the bright spot in what was otherwise a very bad day. I have never met a friendlier more professional tow truck driver. If I ever need any other towing, I know who to call.

Phenomenal Towing was the best choice I could have made when needing assistance with my car! This Towing company is absolutely the truth I was stuck for hrs after calling AAA @ 5pm waited 3hrs & no tow truck I had to abandon my vehicle due to unsafe speeding traffic.

It wasn’t easy for him to lift my classic Jaguar from the steep driveway where it decided to refuse to budge. What should have been a 10 minute job, turned into an hour from towing hell. My car was stuck in a parking garage with low clearance, and most other tow companies were unable to help me out! I was told that I needed to either push or pull the car out of the garage first, which I suspected but frankly was unable to do. I got in contact with Image who, despite already having multiple jobs on his plate today, came through and got my car out of the garage in perfect condition (or at least the same condition I already had it in haha)!! He went above and beyond to reassure and inform me of everything I needed to know, and I am grateful that he was able to help me out in my time of need. That's some heroics right there ?

I live in Houston. My son goes to Morehouse in Atlanta. His car broke down on him. I called Mo who was so understanding and professional. He hooked me up with Image who was so helpful. He went to my son’s apartment and got the keys then to the area where his car broke down and towed it to their lot. And offered to have a mobile mechanic come and work on the car. Thank you guys so much for your professionalism and just being so understanding ????????
I want to thank A Phenomenal Towing for a phenomenal job towing my 2019 Yellow Porsche Cayenne from the airport to the dealership! After hours of waiting on my insurance company and them sending flatbeds that couldn’t fit in the parking deck.. I took it into my own hands called A Phenomenal Towing and Roadside assistance …they arrived in under 20 mins at 2am in the morning! The driver was prior military professional and took care of my precious vehicle! I never saw the dolly system before but I like it better than a flat bed ..designed for luxury vehicles! Thanks again I will definitely utilize you for any of my luxury vehicles!
