This incredible team pulled right up to my home and got to work immediately. Very professional and my the brakes and rotors job they did on my vehicle was top notch I DEFINITELY WILL CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANY MORE CAR ISSUES ?
After they done my power steering and used an air hammer to jam my steering column back in. Stole $320 from me. Won’t fix it. Said they can’t do nothing unless I buy new parts
I read car troubles in Atlanta while visiting my family . I called this company and they did help me out with ordering the car part . I found out later it was more damaged than i thought . I had him cancel the part and he told me he would give me a refund after they gave him his money back . He sent me over $200 out of the $460 i sent . He then informed me he was charging me $100 for his time and that i would I only get $100 back once he received the refund. It’s been almost 3 weeks and i haven’t heard from this company . I hate doing business with company’s like this . I’m already having a hard time because I had to get another car . But to keep someone’s money and then when I call the phone goes to voicemail . Completely unprofessional!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Literally a nightmare! This is the most insane experience I’ve ever encountered. I just wanted my brakes fixed. This turned into being cussed out by “staff”, being taunted from different numbers, called out of my name and now me having to file a police report for harassment. Never ever again!
Called them for a late evening tire service and I was pleasantly surprised at not only how fast and efficient they were but how professional! They communicated the entire time and got all 4 of my tires switched out, saved time and hassle! Thank you!
I was driving for Lyft trying to make some extra income when I had car trouble on the highway. At first, I was nervous when someone I didn’t know pulled up behind my car, but once he explained everything and got to work, I was so relieved. He came to my rescue quickly, was professional, and saved me a lot of stress and money by preventing my car from being towed. I’m so grateful for his help — truly a lifesaver!
I'm sure if it's for something simple they may be able to help you, but i called them to help me get a broken off lugnut off my car. Let's just say by the time they left i was crying. They told us to do something they shouldn't have and my fender ended up being bent and messed up.They PROMISED me all i would have to do is buy a new one and they will paint and repair at no cost. The next day they said they won't be doing it for free like he said & i have it on camera. I ended up having to come out of hundreds of dollars on my own and get it fixed myself. They also put 2 dents in my door trying to unbend my fender. Do not recommend.
I had a flat tire and was stuck in Commerce Georgia. When I called, they asked for me to send them my location and the tire size. After doing so they sent me the approximate time of ETA and kept me updated on their whereabouts until they arrived. They also was very professional and the communication was great.
He was awesome- honest , trustworthy and very professional- I was on the side of the road - frantic with a flat tire- he worked with me and had me rolling within an hour TOTAL (removing tire, going to purchase tire and returning and installing the tire) - Hecwas definitely a God send
Randy stopped to help me roughly 5 minutes after I had my flat. He jacked my vehicle up, removed the tire and was back with a replacement in under 30 minutes. I will definitely use his services again! Awesome customer service.
They are very rude! He had his girl or whatever the person is call me and say the most rudest things ! And just because I declined the service and decided to look else where They are not professional he talks disrespectful with 0 Communication skills and I would 100% recommend that you do not work with this company . Please do not walk runnnn away from this company when in need.
We were blessed to have been referred to Randi and his team. While driving the family and minivan through Atlanta, our check engine light came on at 9 PM. An employee at a TA Travel Center recommended Rolling Roadies, and within an hour they met us. After diagnosing the problem(spark plugs misfire) at 10 PM, they let us know we could drive to our destination in the area. The next day Randi and his team came to our family house, performed the repair, and the car is running again 100%.

We were heading to the lake for the day and we got a flat tire on the highway. We pulled over and got ready to call AAA. When suddenly Randy and Kenata pulled over behind us. He introduced himself and handed us a business card. He offered to change our tire right then and there. Was very respectful, quick, nice and affordable. I will be going to him from now on.
I had to get my serpentine belt and water pump connection replaced and they did it at a reasonable price and during the whole time they were very polite and very hospitable while we waited. They had a busy night before but still got to work immediately when they arrived at the shop. However, the repairs they made only lasted 15 minutes on the road before I broke down again. There was evidently a deeper issue that was unaddressed. They aren’t really that kind of shop but I wish they would have referred us to another shop or something because it ended up costing a lot more money for me to fix it again on top of what they charged.
Took one hour to show up, and another hour and a half to put the wrong size tire on my car to try and get over on me because i'm a girl. bad business, take you money elsewhere!! even if that means riding on your rim.
Liars, if you didn’t service me then explain how I have a photo at your shop. I wish I would have taken a picture of that little tire Bret and that older black man put on my car. Ridiculous.
?????????? worst I’ve ever experienced!!! Stay away from them for your own good… parts I paid $75 dollars for!!! Job done completely wrong and rigged up to pass the eye test… I paid $500 for them to only tear up my truck more ??♂️
I was over an hour from home in the interstate very late last night. I hit something and it busted my tire.I knew a tow truck would totally break me. I think the guys name was Randy, he came and took my tire off and went and put another one on it and brought it back..had us fixed and back in the road. I can't say enough how great this is.. and how I appreciative I am. He did a great job out in the cold to get my tire fixed. Thank you so much.
Randy literally saved me so much time and headache! Had a blow out and he came out and grabbed the wheel, threw a tire on it and got us back in business within an hour! All at 11pm nonetheless. Highly highly recommend! A++++ service
RRI services were greatly appreciated. I had a blowout the night before and went the next evening to put the spare on. My jack came up short but this guy pulls over to offer help. I was waiting for HERO to arrive but thankfully he stopped to offer assistance. He got me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Thanks again!
I was on my way to work and had a tire blowout and Rolling Roadies happened to be in the area and came to my rescue. He went the extra mile and took my wheel to have a tire put on it and brought it back to me on the side of the road. Service was fast and very professional. I’m keeping his business card in my car always now. This company comes highly recommended by me! A+++ ??
I was on the side of the 2-85 highway, and was just hoping on a miracle and this man came knocking on my window for the GREATEST price to fix my tire. he fixed it in like 5 minutes, great business owner and just striving for more work !!!!!!!
