I’ve been a customer of Robert’s for several years and I couldn’t be happier with his services. The work is always completed quickly and I’ve never had issues with the work done on my car. His prices are more than fair (and by far more affordable than any mechanic in the area) and he truly cares about his customers. Highly recommended.

The only shop I trust with my BMW. Super knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. They replaced my oil pan for way less than other places quoted, and they treat you like family.

Any positive reviews for this place are obviously false. I only gave this shop 1 star 'cause you can't give any less. If so, it would be -100. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!! I left my BMW with Robert for a transmission repair last September and paid in advance (my 1st mistake). I got nothing but excuses for 6 months(he even blamed ICE). By March I had enough and had car towed to another shop who did repair and paid again. I found out that Robert's "mechanic" removed integral structural parts from the chassis that stabilized the vehicle(including a strap for the gas tank). I took him to court and won a judgement ( mainly because he got caught lying to judge)but good luck to me collecting. I am still paying for his ineptitude. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! ......... I thought I was through with this guy but after reading his response I guess not. 1. If anyone would like photos of my "decrepit" bmw just hit me up. 2. That was quite a tale, almost unbelievable 😳 3. Regarding your fake website full of stock photos and fake reviews (John Smith, REALLY???) The rest, people will just need to judge for themselves. Very professional and reliable. You can definitely depend on them to know what’s wrong with your vehicle and how to fix it. Reasonably priced as well.

My best experience with Razzle Dazzle a very good auto care. I’ve given my car with some mechanical problems ,at first I went to pep boys they told it cost 3000$ to repair my car. And then I went to Razzle Dazzle to get repair my car they cost me 850$ includes a good tires. I REALLY appreciate their work and my car is running good.

The owner knows his cars. I called him on the phone about bringing in my car, he gave me an idea of what the problem would be and how quickly he could get it done. Not only did he fix the car, he spotted a few other issues and fixed them before they became larger. He is the only mechanic I have ever had who finished something early without sacrificing quality.

Excellent customer service and trustworthy. I've taken my car there a few times and he and his staff have done a superb job.

Robert is my go to for any problems I have with my jeep. He is always informative, and prices are always reasonable. It also feels like a family atmosphere. You can get some good laughs in and meet new friends there. I've been coming to Razzle Dazzle for a couple years now and would definitely recommend it! Razzle Dazzle has done it again!!! I called Robert in the morning explaining my dilemma and he had me bring in my car. Within one hour my wheel bearing was repaired and my car was driving like new again. Their service is impeccable and Razzle Dazzle will always be my go to. My Razzel Dazzel Auto has always been top notch. Robert the owner and his team has worked on three cars of mine and has guaranteed the work on my Jeep Cherokee, Chevy Malibu and my Land Rover. Robert is very knowledgeable on cars to the point. I would call him tell him what was going on and he can tell you exactly what is going on. After 15 years of service. I wouldn’t trust my cars with no one else.

Whatever you do, do NOT go here if you have to fix your car after an accident. Very incompetent when it comes to dealing with insurance. Held my car for a month with absolutely no repairs done to my vehicle. Multiple excuses, failure to do anything. They do not know what they are doing here. A complete waste of time.

Love this repair shop. I had some AC issues and he definitely took care of it. He is reliable, and knowledgeable. He gave me advice on what not to do. I really appreciate his patience and how fast the service was. He will not short cut anything and tell you what need. Today was my first time coming and it won’t be the last. I would recommend him for any service even for foreign cars. He has gained a forever customer and I will be back.

Mr. Rob, was very friendly, reliable and efficient. I called him at 8am and by 11am my car was fixed. Her repaired my mass flow air censor and he did not charge me an arm and a leg. I will definitely be using his services again!

My experience at Razzle Dazzle Repair was unmatched. The entire team was professional and knowledgeable when it comes to cars. I felt like I received the white glove treatment on my Volkswagon. I had my engine checked and received a fair, "understandable" diagnosis and my next steps. The parts arrived quickly too. The staff were attentive with explanations, follow up calls and timeline for completion of my engine work. The best part was the owner Robert actually worked on my car himself. I do have to say I’m a longtime client and have had several cars ( luxury and exotic) serviced here and between TX , GA and FL , this is by far the best shop I’ve done business with. Also communitive and provides top notch work. A time or two maybe there was a couple day delay literally ONE TIME or TWO but that’s out of 10+ years. I’ve referred people and have not had ONE complaint or disappointed feedback. Not only are my vehicles always taken care of there but they are also safe and secure. honestly , if there were other problems (aside from the engine) , you should have let that be known. Hoses and etc has nothing to do with the engine repair and replacement. They fixed what you asked and paid them to do.

I had a fantastic experience with Razzle Dazzle. The name certainly fits because I was impressed with everything from the service I received from the owner to the price I was given. I dropped my car off late afternoon and was able to retrieve it the next day. The services promised were completed and there were no changes with the charges. I sent my daughter to get her brakes done the next day. Her work was completed the same day. We have found our new auto repair professionals.

Rob & the Razzle Dazzle team have come thru for me on several occasions. My 1st time using the team, I had a thermostat issue with my Dodge Caliber, and 2.5 years later, my alternator expired. Rob & his team took great care of me & got me back on the road in no time.
