Is 5-stars all I can pick? I need more. I had battery trouble this morning, but luckily it cranked and I was able to get to O’Reilly’s. I almost stopped at PepBoys, because it was closer, but something told me to go to this store. Andre helped me at the counter, as well as Kelsey, but the Knight in shining armor award goes to Chad. Not only did he try to help me as if it were his own car, he was extremely knowledgeable, went above and beyond, and if I ever need anything else, I’m going to this store and asking them to call Chad. Blue Ribbon service. Just the best. You deserve a raise, sir!
This is my local go-to store! The guys here are so helpful to me every time!! This is a community where they still assist with installing things on my vehicle that otherwise I would be stuck....like my battery!!! May the Lord bless them every time I come through the door.
I came by to exchange alternator out because I've be haven't problems. And Brian was working at the store. He told me if I bring my truck back up with the alternator on it he will test the electric system for me to help and see what the problem was. I came back and he figured out what the problem was and help me out. Thanks Brian!!!

This store never disappoints. I moved to this area about 4 years ago. I quickly learned this auto part store is different from the rest. They are always helpful and friendly. Had to stop by today because of my battery in my car. I was helped by Taj. He saw me in the parking lot opening my hood. Came directly out to help me. I knew I needed a new battery, but he offered to confirm with testing. And the most impressive, Taj did not try to up sale me. He showed me what would work in my car and explained why I did not need the most expensive. Then he put it in for me. This store is the real deal.
Was assisted by an older man with a black mustache on Sunday May 26th and the service was terrible.. we just needed a low light beam but he was so off putting I changed my mind and did not purchase the light… told him thanks for the help and have a great day.. a very off putting grunt was all I got in return.. first and only time shopping at this location…
My husband and I stopped in tonight just before closing because he is having trouble seeing after dark, and we heard yellow glasses help at night. The two guys that work there are the best! They helped him pick out the glasses and actually came outside and cleaned our light covers! You can’t find people who care like this anymore and I really appreciate what they did. Thanks!
Unfortunately I've been in this location many times overcthe last several weeks due to three vehicles having issues. The workers here have always been very helpful.
very helpful. I had to get a new battery in my work truck and didn't have any tools with me. the guy who sold me the battery put it in for me. I'm usually the one fixing stuff so I appreciated his help very much
I stopped here twice during a recent visit to family. This is now the closest auto parts store to my dad's house, and the experience was an entirely new one for me as where I live I'm used to two competitors and not familiar with this brand. Both times I visited, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I'm not sure if who designed the placement of items in the store, but each time what I needed was very quick at hand and I was able to get in and out quickly.
I'm here almost daily. Absolutely great people, very knowledgeable and helpful if they do not have the part in stock they will order it for you no questions asked, definitely one of the better auto parts stores to go to
Store is 5 stars...website is 2..Team on site was VERY helpful to help get past a weak parts description on mobile website. Part is unique for left right front and rear and none of product description on website showed the position detail needed.
