The rep was very helpful. Donny I think his name was. The phone lines were busy so we went up there and found that they give great care and advice to patrons. We weren't talked to like uneducated women, we were empowered. O'Reilly's gets my business.

Fedor is the best ever person in the whole industry. And all the stuff are very helpful

My husband had a wonderful experience at O'Reilly's thanks to the helpful man (Fedor) working at the counter on 7/22/24. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful the entire time. On previous visits I too have had excellent customer service from all the employees.

All the employees have been great when I needed help, today Jay helped me with some oil and when I got the wrong kind I came in and exchanged it easily with no issue, thank you for your services

I went to on Aug 2 2023 and I was welcomed by Jayson with the best hospitality I've had in a long time. He explained the digits/weight pertaining to oil. And assisted with a form to help get extra funds if I were to sell my vehicle. I appreciate his excellent customer service. O'Reilly has a rare gem...cherish it.

I came in right before closing to get a bulb for my headlight. The sales associate Nate was extremely helpful. He took his time answering my questions and installed it for me after I informed him that I didn’t want to get a ticket for my headlight being out Thanks Nate you saved the day!!

I came to oreilly's today to get some wiper blades and the sale associate Jay helped me fine the right size that I needed for my vehicle and put them on without any hestitation for me. Stop in the OREILLY'S on Brownsville Rd in Powder Springs, GA and ask for Jay.

I was there 3x in a week. They were patient with me and explained each thing I needed to know, in layman terms. They were honest about what was and wasn’t wrong with my car and helped me figure out and fix the issue. When I needed a part that was pricey in the store, the staff offered some other ideas as well for the repair. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff.

This location on Brownsville rd is a good place to visit. The staff is very helpful and patient. They take the time to see about all your concerns and needs. I had a staff member name Jay. Jay made sure I had everything I needed. He is very helpful and has a good heart. His personality is amazing to say the least. This was my first time at this location but I’ll be going back whenever I need some parts from now on. Thanks Jay for all your help!!

Jay Peek was amazing! He took extra time to show my grandson how to change the battery and how to do regular maintenance on our vehicles. Very much appreciated.

I pulled into the O'Reilly's on Brownsville Rd in Powder Springs because my tire was flat. I went inside to see if someone could help. A gentleman came out and inspected my tire and told me my valve stem was broken. There was nothing I could do to fix it, but he called a 24 hour tire service company for me. While I was waiting for the tire service to arrive, the O'Reilly's customer service gentleman, Jay, came out several times to check on me to make sure I was okay. My experience turn out be be safe one, thanks to Jay. He went above and beyond with his customer service and attentiveness to my safety. I am thankful that he and O'Reilly's were there to help.

Jay was very helpful! Not only did he run an engine diagnostic on my car; he also checked all of my fluids and car lights! The best experience I’ve ever had at O’Reilly!

The reason I gave this store three stars is because I walked in to just ask some questions about my fuse for my window just to make sure I’m looking in the right place and the man that I asked had a attitude like he didn’t wanna help me out or answer my questions. So the lady that was working actually helped me out and was very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable which I appreciated. Didn’t get her name, but she’s the only reason I gave them three stars cause if it was just him if I could give zero I would.

I cannot thank Nile enough!!!! I had to come in to get my brake and blinker lights fixed and I thought it was just going to be a simple bulb change, but it definitely wasn't. Nile cleaned out the sockets and made sure that they were secured tightly! It took a while because my car is so old and absolutely was not taken care of, but he got it done! He and his manager (who's name I missed, but he was amazing as well!!) Made my vehicle legal again and I'm so grateful! Thank you guys so much!!! I'm so glad this place is so close to me because I'll definitely be back! Bertha (my van) needs a ton more work 😂

I went in there for a part and this guy Marcus argued with me and sold me the wrong thing. I went back later and an employee named Isaac helped me get the correct part. Good customer service as long as you don't deal with Marcus.

Had to stop buy to get some parts in a pinch (on Thanksgiving nevertheless) and they helped me out with the correct part. Great people working here. Store is brand new and very clean and well organized also. Thanks!

Went into the store of Oreillys to have my battery tested. The girl that works there didn’t know how to raise the hood of the car! So I suggested that she gets the manager and let him have a go at it, no problem at all. Marcus (Mgr) installed a new battery and made sure that everything was secure. I’ll go back but I’ll only deal with Marcus..

My battery was failing in my car. I was able to make to O'Reilly's. (Powder Springs).. The store is awesome. Super clean and the girl that worked there was so friendly. I explained my problem to Marcus (I think he is the Mgr. or Asst. Manager) and he jumped right in to see what the problem was. He replaced my battery, checked all the other items under the hood. He was so nice and responsive to my problem. I was in and out in no time. That was my first visit. I would definitely recommend to any one needing assistance and 10+ customer service.

They were very helpful and patient. The assistant manager helped me with getting the best deal for my vehicle and it's maintenance. As well as signed me up to receive more savings.

Helpful Counter Girl. Came in there after having a long tiring walk was ready to pick up my part and head home and relax. She was able to help pin point me to the correct part I needed even with me not remembered the exact model of truck I have (tag search). The store was super clean too.

Walked up to the counter... Guy at the counter is just staring at the monitor like I wasn't even there. I asked him if they have lexol leather conditioner. He looked at me like he wanted to punch me for interrupting him staring at the monitor. He said he had no idea what I was talking about... He acted like he was appalled that I was even in the store. Didn't get his name but he was short with tattoos and big holes in his ears.
