First they gave me below my asking price for a good car that runs 2 after I agreed to the payment they took the car before I can get all of my stuff out of it then refusing to answer phone text or any messages or answer the phone and I ben at this for ours trying to get my gift from a d friend out the car and then when they finally do message me back it's to b say give me a 5 star rating nightmare make sure u get everything out ur car if ur going take there low ball offer because they will not answer after that
First they tried to talk me down on the price. Then the driver put the car on the flatbed and took off before my payment was processed. We unprofessional.
They just purchased my car and it was the easiest process! Everyone was nice and helpful. Carlos even offered e more money than I was quoted!! Highly recommend contacting them if you have a car you want to get rid of. Thank you guys!
When I called junk cars they gave me a quote right over the phone and was out to my house within a hour I was very pleased with the service they gave and the good customer service even from the tow truck driver very nice and courteous
Tried to low ball me with offer of $150 for a 05 v8 hemi jeep . Operator told me , mechanic of 21 years, that the vehicle had an aftermarket catalytic converter knowing the converters were never changed .after declining offer and hanging up on her she sent driver back with higher offer . Horrible operator service . Didnt even have a tow truck came with a hitched trailer . Had to help the driver because he didnt know how to load the car
