Customer Service was great. I received a video showing me what was going on with my car. Rick explained clearly to me what needed to be done and asked me if l had any questions.

I had a smooth and professional experience with Rick's Automative. They gave me a timeline and my car was repaired within that timeline. I received updates during the process and even a text message 48hrs after to make sure my vehicle was running properly.
Very helpful! I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my vehicle, so I brought it in for a general diagnostic. I called just before a holiday weekend, but they got me in the following Monday. They kept me updated with everything they found, complete with explanations as to what was happening how it would affect my vehicle. They did not price gouge or try to push any additional costs or repairs onto me, and waited for my approval for anything that wasn’t necessary for safety concerns. Very transparent, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend.

In general , I had normal maintenance. Each communication with Scott and later with Rick , were really good and reassuring. Information delivered, helping me to make an informative decision. Follow through was great, also a follow up call from Rick asking how the car was handling since the service. Grateful for the work. It’s all expensive, knowing you made a good choice . Rick's Auto always takes good care of me and my car! They are honest, straight forward and quick to resolve any issues i may be experiencing! They tell me if an issue is urgent and has to be taken care of right now or can wait a little while until I can get my funds together. My check engine light was on and I brought it to Rick's Automotive. I told them what the code was reading on my reader and asked if they would be able to fix it. They said it would not be a problem. They were able fix the issue. I will definitely be using them again. They constantly kept me updated on the progress of my car and explained what the specific issue was. This is very important to me because the last place I had taken my car had terrible communication, which was very frustrating.
Rick’s Automotive is an outstanding local small Business here in Mableton. The owner Rick is one of the most honest and down to earth person you can meet. Him and his team worked on my truck and rebuilt my transmission. Now it took a bit to get it accomplished but when it was done it runs great. Even told me bring it back by in 30 days and let’s check and make sure everything is right. Also gave me a warranty and told me bring it back in just before 12 months and let us flush the transmission for you. Again great place to have your vehicle worked on.

Amazing experience! My car started to make a scary whistling sound anytime I accelerated. When I brought my car in, the team was extremely friendly and they were able to tell me what was wrong in less than an hour. I am not someone who knows a lot about car (at all!) and they explained everything to me very clearly and patiently. It took under three hours to fix it! It was so fast, efficient, and a very friendly service! My spouse went there a few months and had a similarly happy experience. We will be back whenever our cars need any kind of servicing!
Rick and his team performed an excellent job on my 2007 Cadillac SRX! There was a lot of diagnostics involved to get to the root of the problem but they handled it with patience. The fee was very comparable to the work they performed. I WILL come back to Rick and his team when my other vehicles need special attention. Great job, Sir!
