I was stuck in the middle of street thought I needed a jump but it was not… when I called them they came promptly it was almost freezing THEY STILL CAME & DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL I WAS SAFE… MAY GOD BLESS YOU even writting this review and remembering brings tears to my eyes thank you for being human THANK YOO FOR TRYING & SUCCEEDING THANK YOU FOR NOT GIVING UP ON ME I am not from Georgia at all and didn’t know what I would do rates where crazy nobody wanted to show but they did I’m forever grateful ?

Would recommend! I needed my dead car towed to a mechanic to get checked and fixed. We were given prime towing’s number through our mechanic. Keith showed up quickly, even took a look at my battery to make sure it wasn’t fixable with a jump. We were then able to get my car towed out of the parking garage in just a few minutes and taken to the shop. Overall great experience, Keith was very nice and helpful and the whole process was easy!

Run!!! This place is a scam and tried to take advantage of me (I believe it’s because of my race and gender, based on the rude and disrespectful comments made to me). My commercial vehicle was towed without my knowledge after being stolen and abandoned. When I found out where it was I contacted the towing company. After only having my truck a few days, Cam (the name the employee gave who answered the phone) said I had to pay thousands of dollars to get my truck back (against the law). I explain my situation and he said the company owner would probably discount the cost due to the circumstances. I gathered the information he requested and called back to give it to Cam. He stated he would pass the information to his manager/owner and the manager would call me back. The manager never called so I called Cam. Cam said “oh my bad I was out of town”. He pretended to look up something on the computer and made up a price of $3600 which was four times the initial amount. I said how is more?. You told me to show proof it was stolen and the initial fees would be discounted. He proceeded to speak over me and said well the owner is going to want money because he knows he could get way more if he sales this truck at the auction. I told him he is not making sense. He then says “you must think you’re a lawyer or judge” and hung up the phone. I called back to speak with the manager or someone different and Cam would always answer and insist on starting an argument before hanging up the phone. Finally, I told him I would involve my attorney and he made the comment “you can’t afford no attorney if you can’t pay to get your truck”! Immediately, I called MY attorney… UPDATE: YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT TRUE. I STATED I WOULD NOT PAY MADE UP STORAGE FEES THAT CHANGED EACH TIME WE SPOKE. I WENT TO YOUR BUSINESS AND ASKED FOR AN INVOICE (WHICH IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO BE MADE AVAILABLE) BUT WAS REFUSED BECAUSE CAM KNEW AN INVOICE WOULD NOT REFLECT THE ASTRANOMICAL NUMBER HE WAS MAKING UP. YOU ADVERTISE YOUR BUSINESS HAS 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE BUT YOUR COMPANY WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2024. I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT!

While My vehicle had been impounded due to my own ineptitude I was still not happy about the fees the state of Georgia allows. Luckily, Prime Towing Solutions were courteous, professional and honest. When a mistake was found on my invoice I was repaid promptly with no animosity on either side. Hopefully I will not be on that end of their service again but i would not hesitate to call them for any other services they offer. Thank you kindly, PTS'.
