My sister had a break down with her kids in the vehicle. I called the big man and got an excellent quote. He pulled up 25 mins later. Got her car back home safely. I'm definitely utilizing his services again.
I wish I could give ten stars and that's no exaggeration. The service and courtesy was top tier. I had my car scheduled to be towed but the guy I initially had scheduled had an emergency. So I wake up early in the morning to googled tow companies in the area. With a few failed attempts calling companies that "said 24 hours" but wasn't I end up calling A-1 Call Towing. The guy answered right away gave me a quote but couldn't get to me until an hour later. At first I was hesitating because I needed my car at the appointment but I reschedule it and called him back. When I tell you he was so kind and actually arrived ahead of the time he said. I truly appreciate honest people because there were a few asking for an outrageous amount and I was willing to risk driving it but A-1 got the job done. I truly appreciate him coming to my aid. I have your information saved in the event I need you again. Pray you get more business and stay honest.
Today, I used their services when my car had a flat tire and they were amazing! Quick, and straight to the point and got my car to the tire shop before they closed! I will definitely be using them again if the need arises. So grateful.
One of our vans broke down on 285 South, I called and spoke to Wesley. He was very friendly and they took care of us right away. Didn't have to wait for ever like we've always had to with other companies in the past. I highly recommend them, they will be who I call the next time we are in need of their services.

This company was a great great choice for me. They told me they would be at my address in 15 minutes. It was less than 15 minutes. The guy ask me what was going on with my truck and he gave me advice on my truck. He stood there and took the time out to explain the problem to me. I will be using him again. OMG!!! Wesley came and saved the day. He saved me for real. I called Progressive my road side service, and they left me stranded for 4 hours at night. I was not in a safe area, a woman alone mind you. One call to Wesley and he scooped me up in 30 minutes took me to get my tire repaired and boom I was back on the road in 10 minutes. My car was in an accident and I live out of town and needed it towed to a local repair shop. I didn't know who to call, so I went to Google and saw this towing company. They answered the call and I scheduled with them to pickup my vehicle the next morning. Mr Westley came to the location earlier than expected which was great and he promptly got my vehicle to the repair shop without incident. He was very pleasant and thorough. Very thankful. This company agree to recue me off the side of I675 when 3 other companies declined because of the time of day and distance I needed to go. One company agreed but said it would be a min of 90 minutes to recover. A1 SHOWED IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES AND FOR A FAIR PRICE! I would definitely recommend this company.
I am a caterer not a car person. I had a problem with my brakes making noise, he came to tow but he wanted to check to tire first he jacked the car up and took tire off, found something was in my rotor and now not making the noise save me a couple hundred dollars. I appreciate that.
