My truck broke down on the mountain, towing a car on a trailer. I thought I was screwed. I called Town and Country and hollered at the dispatcher a little bit when he asked me to repeat my phone number, and he was very kind about it. Less than 45 minutes later Andy hooked up and got my truck and my car, and trailer on the road back down the mountain and into Oglethorpe County. 100 miles away.
Sometimes you just gotta bite the bullet and call the tow man. These are the guys to call.
Terrible service prejudice ppl block my numbers and refuse service quoted my $700 to move 30 ft asked can she do $500 and refused service from there. Horrible lady who answer the phone

Bear slammed into us on Cherokee Highway. Sheriff officer came out to assist as AAA was supposed to come out as well but then said they wouldn’t be out for a few hours and it was after midnight. The officer told us it was too dangerous to stay and their company (which is this one) can handle it & we can come out tomorrow during the day to take care of it. It was a friends father car & after insurance was figured out they would not release the vehicle to us. We did not get a ticket or citation & the vehicle wasn’t towed because we did something wrong. We had to have the officer who got it towed get it released back to us. He was off duty for a few days but it was eventually figured out. We shouldn’t have had this happen as the officer told us it was too dangerous and helped us out. Frustrating situation.

My car broke down in Ball Ground over one and a half hours from my home. The local police office recommended these folks for towing and mechanics. A wrecker showed up fairly soon and they also took care of my repairs and I was on the road again in a couple of days (part was challenging to get quickly). They were all nice folks and my Subaru is still doing great 3 weeks later! They replaced the"harmonic balancer" ? And 2 drive belts. Thanks Town and Country! I wish I lived closer to use you as my main mechanic!
Rrsponded quickly, kept me informed to their arrival time, quoted a fair price, took good care of my vehicle & me during pricess, charged me what they said
Stopped in early in the morning for a tire patch…come to find out they were closed…he took care of my tire and didn’t give me any grief. Would definitely recommend this place! Super nice people!!
We had a daycab stuck in a small trench. Charged us $1575.00 to pull it out 2 ft. Driver blamed it on Joe Biden. It doesn't feel good to be taken advantage of and get robbed. Didn't have to tow us anywhere.
Town & Country Auto was able to come get my vehicle in Blue Ridge when state farm roadside assistance failed me. As a bonus they're also a mechanic. If it weren't for them I'd probably still be sitting in Blue Ridge right now.. The driver John was a gentleman and his son that was with him was an active duty soldier on leave. Class act. The owner was very gracious and helpful when we were broke down on the side of the road in ball ground ga. He sent Andy to see if he was going to be able to tow us but said we could drive it a mile down the road to a safe place . Thank you for all your help
Today was my first time using this company and I can honestly say it was the best service I've received from a towing company.
While I hope I don't have to use them anytime soon, they will definitely be who I call on if a situation arises
Very good at what they do my truck had a whole in the oil pan i had them pick it up at my house and they had it fixed in 2 days an the motor had to come out very good shop and great service
Excellent customer service from the woman on the phone to the driver. The price to have a truck towed was great I couldn't have found better to have a vehicle towed.
One of our box trucks was backing out or a residential driveway and due to the length of the truck, drive tires were on the shoulder of the road opposite the driveway he was exiting. Drive tires would not grip in the grass and mud so I had to locate wrecker company close by. Town & Country Auto & Wrecker, was 3 miles from where our truck was. From the time I called, until they had winched the truck onto the payment was maybe 45 minutes. They charged $550.00! I have been in trucking 36 years and have never, ever, been price gouged like this. The lady in the office was very nice, but explained she didn't make up the rates that the owner did, and he was actually the one that went out and winched the driver back onto the pavement. To put this into perspective, we had to have a unit towed from Ashford-Dunwoody Road, to Ellenwood, GA where the wrecker service departed their base in Jonesboro, GA, drove to Ashford Dunwoody road, and towed us back to the south side for $375.00. BEWARE!
Told us we could not get our personal stuff out of our car. And then sold it for scrap without informing us with a phone call. Said they sent a couple of letters but we never recieved them.
Towed my pickup and replaced rear end. I felt they were very professional on all my dealing with them. No hassling over prices. Prices were reasonable and work they did was great. I recommend them for towing and repair.
One of their drivers ran me off the road at the Bells Ferry entrance ramp. I was in the merge lane with my blinker on and he refused to let me in. He drove over towards my car causing me to have to exit to the emergency lane to keep.from being hit. When I looked up he was looking over at me and laughing.
If I could give this a lower rating than a 1 I would. I would never use these people again. We were not able to even look at our car without paying them or us having to give them the title of the car. They rushed us to get out personal belongings out of the car and were extremely rude to us. They wouldn’t let us take things out of our car that weren’t originally there. The lady at the front desk was lovely and nice. But the men from the tech area or the towing guys were unnecessarily rude.
This company is a rip off...their rates are ridiculous..charged 200+ to pull a mid size car less than 20 ft from driveway out of the mud...they did not have to tow it anywhere just pull it out the mud...after the fact i called around to other local companies and NOONE QUOTED NEAR WHAT THEY DID..was almost double what other companies quoted THIS RIP OFF SHAM OF A BUSINESS....DO NOT ALLOW THEN TO ROB YOU WITHOUT A PISTOL...BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE DOING....DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE!....I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE..I AM POSTING ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLET..EVERY BUISNESS REVIEW SITE I CAN.
Great people and service with very fair prices. I have used them before for tow service but this time had them repair my truck as well, and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.
Robert is a brilliant mechanic and very fair, actually answers his phone and takes time to help and answer your questions, doesn't rush you out the door after service.

.They were out there in no time to pick me and my truck up. No matter what time of the day or night, or weather, and reasonably priced and had my truck fixed in one day!
Don't trust this place, they lie and take advantage of you every chance they get. Then they charge you for storage when your car sits there because of their lies. They also charge you for storage over the weekend while they are not open, yet they answer their phone
