This company is top notch! Shane went out of his way to not only support my dumpster needs, but he also coordinated a pressure washing of my house and tree pruning that was absolutely necessary. The trailer dumpsters are the way to go! There was absolutely no damage to my driveway and all services were delivered as scheduled. Great job Dump Busters!

This was our first time renting a dumpster and the experience has been great! The customer service is very friendly. We were given a great rate at a discount. No problems getting the dumpster placed where we needed it. He also hooked us up and gave us a larger dumpster then originally agreed upon. I would highly recommend!

We found Dump Busters through an online search looking for a way to dispose of debris from a house remodel. I contacted Shane, he was quick to respond and had good competitive pricing. I scheduled the delivery for a Monday morning at 10 and he was there at 9:00. We ended up getting 4 dumpsters from Dump Buster. They were always delivered and picked up as agreed. They have good equipment, excellent customer service and are a great resource for your remodel / construction project or just an overall clean up. Shane was awesome to work with from the first call I made to schedule all the way to pickup. I was using it for a contractor job and had to change drop off and pickup dates a couple times, Shane was very accommodating. I love the fact that the dumpster is on tires like a trailer so there was no damage to my driveway. I am sharing his info with my community and friends because my experience was so wonderful.
Amazing Service, Shane promptly answered my calls every time, from the start. He matched a competitors rate and was willing to extend my time with the dumpster at a discounted rate. He showed up on time to drop off the dumpster and to pick it up, meeting my needs as a customer.

Dump Busters saved the day! After deciding to put my house on the market I spent the weekend tearing down an old large wooden playscape, only to learn that the real estate photographer would be out early Tuesday morning! Needless to say, my yard was nowhere near "photo-ready". I needed to get rid of the debris quickly! A couple of weeks earlier I had a construction crew replacing my deck and they had rented a rubber tired dumpster for their needs. Fortunately I had snapped a picture of the name on the dumpster! So, on Sunday afternoon I decided to call the number, thinking I would have to leave a message, but NO.....Shane answered the phone! I explained my situation and asked if there was anyway I could get a dumpster the next day and if so, could it be removed that same afternoon. I figured that such short notice would make this a difficult request. Shane said YES, that he could drop the dumpster early Monday morning and then retrieve it Monday afternoon once I was finished. GREAT! Then about two hours later, Shane called me back and said that he had just picked up a dumpster from another customer and was only about 10 minutes from my house if I wanted the dumpster now. 10 minutes later the dumpster was in my drive and I went to work. Within an hour the mess was gone and the dumpster was taken away! In a time where "customer service" is a rarity, Dump Busters steps up! Who would have ever thought that one of my best experiences in customer service would come from a dumpster company! I cannot recommend this company enough and I WILL be calling on them again.
We had excellant service from Shane and his partner. They came out for Robert Culverhouse and removed all kinds of trash. Very professional and could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend this company.
