(Update) While I did have issues contacting someone for support, we did eventually figure out it was an issue on my end when I ordered the engine. Come to find out, even though the vin matched, it did not match the engine code of the car specifically. So all together I ordered the wrong motor and had to eat the cost of it. I just wanted to update my review, but leave my original review up.
Purchased an engine for a 2011 golf GTI. Cross checked with the vin and it was a match. When the engine showed up, it did match at all. Have been trying to call and talk with them on a return or exchange but no answer and voicemail box is full. Have call multiple times a day, everyday they're open since 3/21. I called 4 more times today (3/27) with still no answer
Euroholics sold me a bad motor and will not answer me or get back with me. This has been an ongoing issue for over 9 months and still nothing. They sold me a n62tu that was flawless according to everyone at the shop. I then install the motor to see it leaking out of every gasket possible as well as the camshafts are out of timing. I fix the timing issues and spend 20+ hours replacing all gaskets. 10 miles into the first drive, the motor loses oil pressure supposedly. We figure it’s just a sensor and dig deeper YET AGAIN after being told we bought a flawless motor. We are now not only out $1000 for the motor, we also are out 25+ hours of labor free of charge trying to fix the motor for the customer. Just when we think we have it all fixed, 10 miles later it lost oil pressure and is no longer saveable. We are now close to $7500 down the drain and can’t get a single answer from them. And their mailbox is full so you can’t leave a voicemail. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
Careful, these guys like to charge more than new for used parts!
I offered to purchase parts from them on eBay. They are charging 20% over new OEM. I even sent them a link showing they're overcharging. They refused to counter, or communicate.
If you're not open to offers, don't advertise as such.

Great Service Geoff was amazing! I ordered my transmission on Nov 19,2020 he assured me that it would be here on November 20th and it was. Geoff was very professional, helpful and assisted me during the whole process. He even shared that if I tried to call and he didn’t answer he was probably on break and that he’d call me back when he came back. Geoff was a man of his words he made this process so much more comfortable and easier don’t hesitate to place and order with this company they are legit!
THE BEST! I am so grateful to have found these guys. They are willing to go above and beyond. First of all... they have everything for BMWs and euros... hard to find stuff... the little things. They aren't out to charge a fortune. If you need something.. no matter how small or petty you think it might be, call them first. They own a store on eBay as well if you aren't local. I've picked up something as tiny as a vent cap all the way to a new radiator. The parts can be used or new.. and they will go out of their way to find it if they don't have it.
They repaired my 3series. I had it with 2 prior mechanics and neither could diagnose the issue. These guys figured it out. It was a minor issue that was mostly likely being overlooked. They didn't take advantage of my expectations of a major repair. Obviously had to be thorough enough and look at all minor details to determine the problem. They speak so you can understand.
They are hard to find till you know what your looking at... then can't miss them. Tall building beige building. Between Ball Ground and Canton on Old Canton Highway. Looks like warehouses set far back. But, even if you have to turn around ... keep looking till you find them. You won't regret it!
I absolutely love these guys. They are original. Extremely clean shop and very organized. Friendly and laid back. Easy to talk to and understand. Treat you like family. They are willing to help the do it yourselfer and can take over if you give up!
