Ringgold Service Center has been taking such good care of all my cars needs. The people are honest and hardworking. Thank you Danny, Kimberly and the staff for being a place I can depend on and trust!

My wife and I took our car here after being quoted a more expensive price from a different shop. Ringgold service center quoted us a fair price for the repairs we needed and advised us on repairs that were not an immediate need. Loved our experience here. Very honest people! Go here for all your repair needs! They have earned new customers!

Called 10 on a Thu. We were passing through. Had a wheel bearing going out, he said come on, not too busy. We were gone in a couple hours. Friendly & good service. Same price as my home mechanic. Tks Danny T

They rushed my job (head gasket work) bc I had an upcoming trip and I am so very grateful for them. Plan to use them for all my service needs. All the stars!!!

Excellent service. An honest owner who will not try and take your last dime-definitely a rarity in service centers. We’ve been here for tires, oil changes, and everything in between (among our 4 vehicles over the years). Never any complaints. I recommend them to everyone.

We used to get car repairs here when it was Cotton's. It started out as convenience since we don't live too far away. However, it quickly became the only mechanics we trusted. When it switched to Ringgold Service Center, we were a little nervous about the change, but we continued taking my Husband's truck there and sometimes my SUV. This place remains the only place we will take our cars if we can help it. (My car is newer, so some stuff is required to be done at the dealership...) They are honest, quick, don't act annoyed when I ask questions (I ask a lot of questions), and fair priced when they do find an issue. We send everybody we know here and they have not had one complaint.

Brought my car here to get a few issues taken care of. Even though they seemed pretty slammed with work, they had me ready to go the next day. Danny and his wife Kimberly are very friendly and I feel like their prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I need work done.

Very fast and efficient! They were understanding when I had to wait to come pick up my car. I got an alternator put in. I'll be going back to get a few more repairs if I don't just get a new car.

Unfortunately, I HAD to give them at least 1 star to be able to write a review. I took my truck here a few months ago because my engine was misfiring, was told the lifters needed to be replaced and that's what was done. Couple months later my engine started misfiring again, was told it was my fuel injectors this time and got some of them replaced (at least that's what I was told). Picked up my truck after they said it was "all set & good to go". The next morning my engine was misfiring once again, took it back and they said they had "looked at it & drove it a few times" and it was "all good". My check engine light started flashing again right the very next day and my truck is currently sitting in my driveway and I am not able to drive it because it is worse than it was before. I refuse to take it there again and to have to pay them once more so they can keep guessing at what the problem is. Not to mention my a/c is also not working now (not sure why if it was working PERFECTLY before I took my truck there) and there is no excuse considering the fact that they are the ones who worked on it and "repaired" the a/c in the summer. Don't understand how they didn't notice the "leak" the first time I brought it in for a/c repairs. Now they are quoting me for over 2k to "fix" my a/c when I paid almost 1k the first time to get it fixed. By the way this is the ONLY repair shop I have taken my truck to.

10/10 recommend!! I will use Cotton's for all my vehicle needs!! After a terrible experience at another auto place that had my car for weeks, scammed me, and tried to get me to pay $8k for a new engine... I called Cotton's and they had my car up and running the next day with a proper diagnosis!! He was so patient and explained everything to me. Customer service was amazing, the work was completed so fast, and the price was on point! This was weeks ago, and my car is still running great! I couldn't thank them enough!

How can every service center not even be able to look at a car for weeks and weeks, yet not only does Cotton’s look at it, but they get it in and work on it usually the same day?!? I’ll tell you why. Because that is what Danny Turner and his team do!! They go above and beyond before,during,and after. They do incredible work and CARE about everyone that comes to them. More than fair priced too. Every time I have been there I have seen people walk through the door with an issue. And each time they get a quick quote and offer to have it taken care of usually that same day!! Truck was misfiring and they didn't double check their work. They literally threw a set of plugs & wires on and said it was good. Now my truck has a code, still running rough, and they cut a huge piece out of my splash guard!!🤬 Oh and if you leave a bad review they won't work on your vehicle 😒

My car's engine light came on the highway, we came in to get it diagnosed at an auto parts store, and they sent us to Cotton's. Cotton's fit us in right away to do a better diagnosis, said we should get it fixed but we'd be OK until our destination 3h away. They were right, we were! They wouldn't take any money from me as thanks. So I'm writing a good review as thanks instead. :)

We had our CRV towed in here because the starter failed while we were at another location. While we were there we went ahead and had some preventative maintenance work done that we had been waiting to do but never had the time. These guys did a phenomenal job, and in a very short period of time. Extremely pleased with their work and the prices are reasonable.

We went to Cotton to have the headlights and blinkers changed out and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I will be coming back to them for all of my vehicles needs.

Thank goodness we found a place with professional AND courteous employees. My husband took his car here for a starter to be replaced, they quoted him very reasonably and fixed it the next day. We will definitely be using them in the future for any other repairs we may need!

We were traveling out of town and broke down hours from home. I called local repair shops and Ken told us to come right over. They immediately moved us up the list knowing the urgency. The people were all kind, friendly and professional which I believe is perpetuated by their wonderful owner Cotton. It is refreshing to know there are still good people in the world doing excellent quality work. They had us on our way in no time, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I give this place five stars. When I call with an issue , Danny always tells me to bring it on in and he takes care of me the same day if at all possible. He is always willing to work with me financially and regarding my time. He is incredibly knowledgeable of cars and motorcycles is always giving me his best advice on what to do. I would rather spend my money here than anywhere else.

Been taking my cars here for years,they are the best for tinting car windows, legal and illegal tint whichever you prefer.

I brought my truck to Cotton's after my check engine light came on in my 2015 GMC Sierra. This happened less than two weeks ago as well. My truck has about 60k miles on it and two weeks ago I took it into the dealership thinking it would be covered under the power train warranty. The dealer called me a few hours later and said that I need to replace four injectors (a $1800 repair) and that it is not covered under warranty. They said they will try to clean them to see if that works and they also reset the engine light. Well, fast forward to yesterday the light comes on again. I decided to try a hometown mechanic. I could not be more happy with their honesty. Turns out the injectors are fine. The only issues were a bad coil and spark plug. A $250 repair instead of $1800. Cottons has earned them a lifetime customer. I will not go anywhere else. EVER. Thank you for a job well done!

Cotton’s was so wonderful! I had taken my car to another place that said I needed brakes and rotors for an outrageous amount. I called around and decided to use cottons because their price was great, they were so honest in telling me I didn’t need either, just rotors turned and brakes sanded! They saved me money and didn’t take advantage of me. Super honest and everyone that I spoke with was friendly! I will be back when car needs another repair! Thanks

Honest! Bought a terrible car and now have to live with it. The car needed a new transmission. After pricing the dealer, and cotton, I decided on cotton service center. I trust cotton and Marshal Mike was lying to me as I was standing in the dealership. We never have transmission problems with the ford focus! Hmmm the law suites would lead you to believe otherwise. But back to cotton, they did the job well on time and at the price we agreed. I recommend them and their work. Try them, you will be pleased.

I took my SUV to them on Thursday afternoon not knowing exactly what was wrong and only that the back of the engine would smoke after running for a bit. Not only did they identify the problem they had my car ready and fixed by 4'o clock the next day; all at a very reasonable price. Cotton is in amazing man and his shop provides excellent service. If I ever need anything on a vehicle done I know exactly who to go to now.

Cotton's has been extremely helpful. My truck needed a new engine. Cotton's worked with me and his mechanics where very knowledgeable and had my truck running like new. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing honesty and reasonable rates. I have found my new mechanic for sure. Bobby performed the motor swap and one couldn't tell it was even swapped. Meaning, no hacked up mess or wires/hoses left unattended. No regrets

Wonderful! Super friendly! Nice! Clean! And BEST of all HONEST!!! It really means a whole lot to be able to take your vehicle somewhere and not get snowballed by a bunch of BS. I cannot say enough about the niceness and the honesty. Not only were they honest but I've never been treated so good, too. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my car was fixed and fixed right.

The absolute BEST automotive shop in the state. Yes, I say this with confidence, because it is true. I live almost 2 hours away from Cotton's Automotive, and I still take my vehicle(s) there. Straightforward, reliable service, that gets the job done right. Of course, maybe you will find a better "deal" somewhere else, but have you ever heard, "you get what you pay for"?? With automotive repairs and restoration, this is ever so true; this is why I take mine to Cotton's Automotive. I will share a brief testimonial to verify my claim. I have taken my 1988 S-10 Blazer to Cotton's for a complete engine swap (from a v6 to a v8), transmission swap, rear-end swap, and suspension upgrade. All the work completed was A+, and I get complimented everywhere I go, but more than that, it has been done RIGHT! Robert Barker did much of the work, keeping me informed and updated on the progress, and any additional costs or problems that arose. I was never "surprised" with any hidden charges, bills, or last second "ooopppsss we forgot to tell you". It is extremely hard to find reliable mechanics to do repair work, and even harder to find ones that can complete custom work, like what Robert and Cotton have done. My S-10 is my toy, I've had her for over a decade, and simply do not trust her to many, but Robert and the staff at Cotton's Automotive have earned my trust, and my business. Bottom line is this, if you want your automotive repair and/or restoration job done right, then take it here. If you want to save a buck or two, take your chances on a crappy job, then there is probably a local Midas that you can take your vehicle to. But don't say I didn't tell you say. Simply put, Robert and the staff at Cotton's are going to get the job done right.
