These guys are amazing. I broke down on the side of the road. I gave them a call and I've never had a road service/towing service as fast as they were. They towed me to their shop and they told me my transmission needed to be replaced. They went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Great service, great price and great people. They treat you like family and I recommend them 💯 percent. Very honest people and trustworthy. For any services or repair that you might need if you are in this area you will not regret calling them.
Had my car tires stolen at my apartment and they were able to tow the car to the shop with no damages to my car. They communicated from before pickup until drop off. 10/10 would recommend!
Stay away from these guys!!! Very very expensive. We have been in the bussins for 7 years and ASAP Towing is one of the most expensive we have encountered so far when it comes to mobile repair.
Today my car fully stopped on the way to get it fixed and maybe 10 minutes later my car was on the tow. Scott worked extremely fast and efficiently and I’m so thankful for his work today.🙏
Excellent service I had air lines and electrical lines replaced they were super fast arriving they got the work done very quick and correctly very friendly and professional explained every step that they were doing made sure everything was 100% working before they left 10 out of 10 would recommend if I could give 100 stars I would shout out to this hidden gem I told my company we need to put these guys on our full time roster as out go to call people thank you ASAP towing keep the good work up
WARNING – READ BEFORE YOU GO THERE
I had confirmed VGT and EGR fault codes before coming in. I met this mechanic at a Peterbilt dealership, where he appeared friendly and convinced me to drive to his shop.
After waiting over an hour, he connected a diagnostic tool and immediately claimed I needed a new turbocharger, simply because the intercooler hose was oily. No proper testing or explanation was provided.
When I questioned this, I was told to pay $210 for “diagnostic and work,” even though I never requested or approved any work in advance.
Later, the VGT and EGR valve were replaced at Kenworth. The new parts have warranty, and Kenworth confirmed the turbocharger was not the issue. Even an authorized dealer does not charge $210 for diagnostic and work like this.
This experience was misleading and unprofessional.
I am looking for a reliable mechanic in North Atlanta, and I am glad this behavior showed itself early before more money was wasted.
I got my trailer tire changed at ASAP REPAIR and Aldin was very helpful . He was very fast changing the tire . I love that . I do recommend this company if you are in the area . Thank you aldin
Had a breakdown with my tractor trailer and some busted airlines.These guys showed up like they were psychic got me fixed with minimal down time. Cause when your a trucker time is money!! Great job fellas

My tire was very low and the tire presure guage malfunctioned and would not allow air into the tire. The lousy cheap jack that came with the brand new car bent as the tire came up from the floor. ASAP happened yo be at Weigles convienience store and noticed the troubles i was having. The guy offered his assistance and had me driving again in 15 minutes. Genuimely nice, concerned and professional. This is how people used to be before cell phones turned them into self serving dip wads. PUT ASAP TOWINGS NUMBER IN YOUR CONTACTS. OUTSTANDING HELP IN MY FLAT TIRE EMERGENCY!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They charged my husband $375 to come out to him, RJ(the owner) quoted my husband $1200 for the service and changed it to $1400 at the end. The owner first stated it would be $125 per hour then when they figured out the problem he stated he was paying for the 'knowledge', you charged someone $1400 for 'knowledge' when paying by the hour would be more reasonable. I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone. Last but not least, they made him pay cash and stated that he don't take credit nor debit cards, my husband never received a receipt.
Awful drivers! Just had the tow truck driver run out in front of me and when I called the number to complain, it was the same driver and he told me that I should have gotten over into the lane to let him pull out.. awful driver. Would not ever do business with a company like this. Good thing I have a dash cam
The best service in the area and the most honest people you can find very knowledgeable quick answers got in at 8:30 and was out by 9 they found the problem quickly and got it fixed! It’s important to know people like this that won’t waste your time and specially money so I suggest you guys to use this mechanic shop if you have issues with your truck they I promise you will be happy
Was told over and over my ecm was bad towed to hino come to find out it’s the gaskets. I would have paid these people for ecm whole time gaskets needs to be replaced . If you need them to actually look into your truck avoid but if you need for a tow something simple definitely call. $1300 for a 17 mile tow is what my cost was with these guys. Very nice people though just wasn’t helpful to my case. My problem was piston and gasket not Ecm .
Great people, great service! After calling few mobile services in the area on Sunday night, ASAP was at least expensive one. We ware fixed and on a road again in a hour from a phone call. I highly recommend it...and definitely will use you again in a future. Thank you very much!
Seriously, the worst phone call I’ve ever made. $375 just to show up to repair a tire and I’m right across the street from them. 11pm and says they are 24 hours but sounded like they were asleep. Not to mention I still had to pay for the tire and their labor. What a joke. Highway robbery at its finest . I’d hate to see what a tow bill would be. So glad I called “Integrity truck and trailer repair.” They treated me right and I was back on the road in 30 minutes.

My kenworth debated and went into limp at the scale house. Called kenworth they said it would be days plus it would have to towed I called ASAP TOWING service Truck showed within 30 minutes. They found Def pump was bad called and found replacement few hours later problem solved. They were very professional and courteous. Mad a bad day better😊

Truck broke down 80 miles away. Other shops around the area had bad reviews so I opted to get towed by ASAP towing to their repair shop. I’m glad I did. They repaired my truck and cost was reasonable. The customer service was great. Everyone was polite and helpful. I was up and on the road the next day as promised. I will definitely use their services again if in the area. Strongly recommended.
There aint enough stars to put on this review. These guys are on top of my list. Very profesional and quick. They know how important truckers time is and they will make sure you are rolling ASAP to make your time. Cant thank them enough.

Eldin was a great service tech ... my company truck broke down he came out replaced the batteries in the truck ... was a very cool guy to speak too... he knew his stuff had both batteries replaced however it was another issue with the truck.. so those guys got a tow for me back to their shop and are now giving me a ride to the airport !! I highly recommend these guys .!! Very friendly and courteous !! Five stars all the way !!
