Daniel and his son were so helpful and professional. My SUV broke down and they were so responsive. Our water pump went out. It was an 8 hour auto repair. We were driving from Chicago to FL. Daniel was able to fix it on a Saturday and worked diligently to get us back on the road. The team was super friendly, responsive, professional. We are grateful for his talent and skills. Brilliant!

This is the best towing service ever! My starter went out this morning. When I called someone was there in 30 minutes to my vehicle. Was diagnosed and fixed in 9 hours. Will definitely be returning for all tows and mechanic work. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I don't write too many reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for this service after being stranded and stressed out when my battery died in the Walmart parking lot on New Year's Day. I was so impressed by the response, helpfulness, and honesty of the gentlemen of this company. I would definitely highly recommend and use them again!

My tire blew out on 75. Totally shredded. I called he was there within 10min. Picked me up and took me to Walmart for a tire. He checked with them to make sure they had a tire (they didn’t) so he took me elsewhere. He double checked to make sure they had a good option. After two stops he didn’t charge a penny extra and made sure I was going to be able to get on my way. This is the guy you want to call when you are in trouble, he’s honest, truly cares about your safety and well being.

The owners a nice guy came 3 counties away to provide fast and professional service . Will definitely use them again.

If I could give this towing service triple the 5 stars, I would. Unbelievable service. Daniel's integrity to his job is unlike anything I have seen. A friend and I swerved off the road and into a ditch, completely totaling the car. He swooped right in and did everything so flawlessly. He treated everyone like family and even offered my friend and me a ride home. HIGHLY grateful, HIGHLY thankful, impressed isn't even proper to use here. If you are ever in a dire need of assistance on the side of the road, this company is for you. They will do LITERALLY everything they can to ease your mind and the situation. Also, we all had incredible conversations on our way home, very useful and wise words. Daniel is both hilarious and knows what is what. 100/10!

Great experience. He showed up quickly, moved my truck up a steep driveway into a spot other companies told me they couldn't, for way less money then the few companies that would was going to charge. If I could give more stars I would 10/10 would recommend

Don’t call AAA, let them reimburse you. We were stuck on I75 in a storm and he fixed our tire so quickly! We didn’t even have the right tools but they did! Fast and super friendly service!

Highly, highly recommend ABC towing!! Sunday afternoon, I was in a wreck with my two young children (both still in car seats). It was a terrible experience I have never underwent, but they arrived promptly and went right into action. Beyond this, when no one else knew how to assist with getting my children’s car seats out of my wrecked car, Daniel stepped right up with no hesitation to help (even the cop attending the wreck was clueless I will add). He also went as far as taking pictures of my vehicle for me and sending them later on as I was to shaken up, in that moment, to take some myself. While this might seem like simple tasks, his job, at this moment, was to simply get my car where it was supposed to be/towed away, yet he took it upon himself to go above and beyond by doing these things. That shows a level of kindness that many, many companies today fail to show. With this, give this man, and those within his company (also all very kind from what I’ve seen) your business. ❤️

This towing company was dispatched out by the Catoosa county sheriff's office to tow my car when it ended up in a ditch close to my parents home in Boynton. They charged me $1200 to tow that car 4.1 miles. This is highway robbery. Wanted me to sign my title over to them to get the bill paid. They do not even have a body shop there and could not assess the damages. I had to have it towed somewhere else and pay that fee plus $25/day storage. There are lots more honest tow companies in Ringgold. Try Worley's or Advanced Collision but avoid this company unless you have money to throw away. You have a choice. Don't take whomever is in the rotation for kickbacks.

They are awesome! Fantastic fast job for a good fair price, and did so last minute when original chosen service place declined once the car arrived. When the service department at Mountain View Dodge in Ringgold refused to even look at my vehicle after they agreed to do so on the phone, after having the car towed there, and not honoring the lifetime warranty they proclaim (apparently 14 years is a lifetime and my 2007 was too old in 2025)....said new hire for phone calls made a mistake scheduling it since they refuse to service all vehicles 15 years or older. So ABC rescued us by offering to look at and repair our car instead. Our problem was just with the serpentine belt too loose to work due to tension pulley broke and they found a too loose fan about to cause us problems. So got both fixed and they had it all done same day. True heroes in trucks and shops! Big thanks again!!!!

Transmission went out on Interstate 75 on a Sunday afternoon. Called ABC Towing. They brought a rollback truck quickly and towed the car to their shop to give a repair estimate on Tuesday. They were professional and the driver was very nice. However, after calling transmission shops, I found I could get it repaired much cheaper elsewhere with a better warranty. ABC ended up charging me $150 miles to tow it from the exit where I was to their shop - a distance of 2.7 miles. The owner said the cost was due to a weekend rate. That is $55.55 per mile. Outrageous pricing. On Tuesday, I asked for pricing to tow to a transmission shop 73 miles away, and Daniel quoted $625 or $8.56 per mile. I found another tow company that did it for $350, or $4.79 per mile. So I found ABC to be professional and friendly, but very expensive compared to other tow companies.

We are work campers and live in our camper as we work season to season at campgrounds around the country. Our bearings went out on the camper while on our way to another job and we lost a wheel on a major highway. Our insurance/roadside assistance could not find anyone who could get it to a repair place, but then Daniel responded. He was quickly in touch with us, very professional and knowledgeable and met us right away to get the trailer moved. I was extremely nervous because of the whole predicament but he reassured me so kindly and let me know it would be ok. He safely got our little home off the major highway and to the repair shop where he stayed with my husband to talk with the repair man. He was such a blessing to us for taking such good care of our home while he moved it. Wish I could give 10 stars!

It was a Sunday afternoon when I was driving through on I75 and my transmission failed as I pulled into a gas station off the first GA exit. Within a few minutes I found ABC and contacted them. They delivered the best service and experience I could possibly have asked for. They went way beyond, are very easy to work with, were very reasonable with prices, and did not take advantage of me being stranded. This is a family business, and they clearly have been in business as long as they have because they are good people, and deliver good service. I highly recommend.

Great guys . I appreciate the help I got today from ABC towing , it was a long haul but man I'm glad I called these guys Hope no one needs towing services but if you do call these guys first if your in need in the Ringgold/Chattanooga area
