He didn't sugarcoat anything and was straightforward about everything. He reached out to the state trooper office to see what was going on with the process of my truck. He also keep me updated on when i could come and get my personal items out my truck.

I would give this one star if it wasn’t for his very kind and helpful daughter. Bobby Dollar towed our daughter’s car after a wreck although I did ask for triple A and was denied due to car being in the way of traffic, which I understand. The day after he towed her car we had a major flood and several roads were impassable. I called him to arrange pick up since we are charged by the day. He said the road to his yard was flooded and to wait a couple of days, which I did. When the flooding passed, I contacted him to pick up her car. He was rude and attempted to charge me for not only more days than the car was physically there but also for the days HIS road was impassable to get the car. He argued with me but ended up reducing the price by about $75, I still paid $250. We pick up the car and sell it. Wait there’s more!! A month goes by and I receive a slip from the post office that I have a certified letter. This was on Tuesday. I try to pick it up and the post office says it’s still on the mail truck so we talk to our delivery person who says she doesn’t have it with her. WE HAVE NO IDEA WHO THIS IS FROM OR WHAT IT IS ABOUT. We went down the internet rabbit hole trying to figure out why we would receive such a letter, etc. DAYS ago by before we get the certified letter on Friday. It’s from BOBBY DOLLAR TOWING. It states we have abandoned our vehicle and need to pay $350 plus some other fees or sign the car over to them. WE ALREADY GOT OUR CAR A MONTH AGO. IT IS SOLD. His daughter was super sweet and kind and apologized and fixed the books to mark as paid. She should be running the business. The stress that was caused all around was terrible. She was kind.

i live far away from home and do not know much about cars, mr bobby looked at my car and it was a small fix. he was super nice and very helpful explaining what was going on. i would definitely recommend to anyone needing a tow!

Absolutely fantastic service! I was out in the middle of nowhere at night with my son on a dark road and my car broke down. After calling around, nobody could get to me immediately. Fortunately, I called Bobby Dollar and not only did they get to me immediately, but they were also the least expensive. They made this experience less traumatic. My son really enjoyed the ride home inside the big truck. They came in a flatbed and loaded the car with great care and unloaded it perfectly in my driveway. Definitely use this company if you are broken down anywhere in Georgia. Just really great service. Extremely friendly drivers. Thanks again!

I called Bobby at 8:30 on a Sunday night. I needed a tow that was 96 miles. He was there in 20 minutes. One of the best businesses I've ever done buisness with. He needs 10 stars.

I was leaving my family’s reunion that was located in Savannah Georgia and around Statesboro I encountered a flat tire with no spare I called them and they came quickly to help to tow my car from Statesboro to my home outside of Atlanta approximately 176 miles a little over 2 hours I was so thankful for their time and professionalism I wish I could give them more stars thank you again Bobby and family

Can't speak highly enough of Mr. Bobby. My wife, me and my three little girls were stranded on the side of I-16 2 hours away from home and with double flat tires. Mr. Bobby bent over backwards to get me towed and brought me to several different tires stores to try to get our truck back and running again so we could get home. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

I just would like to say this is the most unprofessional tow company I have ever come across. Not once did they notify the lien holder nor the persons on the registration that they were in possession of the vehicle. Secondly "Sarah" I'm sure was a fake name I was givin when asked the name. She proceeded to laugh and make smirky comments on the entire situation. Made the comments that I was dumb for leaving the vehicle in a parking lot. Mind you it wasn't drivable after the wreck. She also went as low as refusing to give me any phone numbers that I needed to contact about the truck. Told me to Google it and that it was my problem and not hers. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Completely unprofessional.

I was stuck on the side of I-16 with 2 flat tires and these guys where there to get me in under an hour. They showed up right after the sheriff deputy made it on the scene. Good guys. If you need help moving your vehicle, I highly recommend.

Mr. Dollar is a very nice gentleman. My husband got stranded several towns away and Mr. Dollar went out to get him and that old car!

Stranded on interstate and he came to tow us to a reputable shop. Alternator went out. He was there quickly and took us where we needed to go to get back on the road as quickly as possible. Definitely recommend.
