Friendly staff

I really didn't like the way my husband and I was handled today. I called the day before to get a quote I wrote everything down as the EE stated. We RENT a uhual truck to drop everything off which included washer, dryer, mini fridge, and small chest freezer. My husband had to unload everything and we get a check for $41.00 not even cash ( I have a bank account but still annoying). I would have preferred correct information so I didn't have to waste time and money today!!!

Ethan and his team did a great job picking up product what we needed removed from our property. Communication and timeliness was on point. Looking forward to working with them again in the near future.

We are from New Jersey and in Statesboro on a business trip to part out and scrap a few cars. Ethan and Evan went out of their way to help a couple of out of towners in a jam in a BIG way. Highly recommend these guys.

Worst customer service on earth without a doubt. Very rude and unhelpful . I'll just takey business elsewhere . Thanks but uh ... NEVER AGAIN.

Never again, you lost me as a supplier. The scale read one thing they paid less. When I ask why the manager said “safety factor” very rudely. Remember your company need us to supply you the scrap metal. We don’t need you because there are lots of other honest companies that buy metals.

This place didn't want my cans I was bringing looked at the trailer load and said we dont have time come back later

Called and lady was rude so ill rather go somewhere else. If you dont like talking to people then go find another job.

I got her 30 minutes before closing. they closed the gate in front of my after waiting in line for 10 minutes and told me they were closed

This place is terrible. We got there and was told the metal desk was made of wood.. after having to prove to them the desk was metal, we had to practically beg the crane operator to unload the trailer with the crane. After we got unloaded, we went to get our pay out and had to take a picture and was told we couldn't cash the check for an hour because the metal may be stolen. Anyone looking to scrap metal go to allied in Metter, much nicer staff, better pay rates, and the workers are willing to help you.

Y'all clams to open at 8:30am well I been sitting outside since 8:00am it's 8:30am now and no one is even here y'all need to change your open time
