Bubba got my car in and out in a hurry, and did a fantastic job explaining to me what was wrong with my car and fixing it. The folks at the front desk are also very friendly. Highly recommend!!
Took car in they said it was a battery and anti deterrent system keeping car from staying running we agreed to pay the work quote they sent. Later we call they say now it's a fuel pump and gonna be 800 ton 1500 more! On top the price they quoted that didn't fix car. Pay $130 for a diagnostic test and they can't figure it out! So we said the battery wasn't the issue put old one back in we were told if we don't pay for the new battery my cars not leaving their garage! I paid the fee and had car towed else where. Definitely seem like dishonest people who really have no clue.
I reached out to the team at Victory Tire yesterday, because another shop canceled my appointment due to delayed delivery of the tires I ordered.
Bubba was able to get me safely rolling same day, at a competitive price, in their clean and cozy waiting area with my very active 11 Mos old son! It was all on time, as we left the bottom fell out ⛈️ and I now had my new tires to travel home safely.
I definitely recommend Victory Auto for their care for the customer, fair pricing in this economy, and a true love for the automotive industry. I'll definitely return when I need some services.
I needed my truck serviced on a limited time frame, the personnel at Victory Auto took my truck immediately upon arrival. They performed everything I asked for and additional services that were needed. They were quick, thorough, and attentive. I appreciated the service tech acknowledging that my cleanliness OCD with my truck, and he took extra steps to keep it that way. I highly recommend Victory Auto.
Wow service!! Would highly recommend Victory Auto. My 1500 Ram was in and out in great time. They diagnosed, fixed the issue ( lots of gaskets work) and did some extras the hubby asked for, rotating the tires and brake check.
To top it off they put on plugs and coils I had in the back seat. Family friendly pricing without adding unnecessary issues. Thank you for your Christian values.super knowledgeable and upbeat staff.

I came to have the heater on my 2007 Nissan Titan fixed. In short, I was given the options of fixing my issue different ways that fit my budget/desire - being an older truck. The work was done in a timely fashion and I loved speaking to all people who worked there. Prayerfully, I will have them fix other things on my to-do list for my truck.
I called Victory about getting a diagnostic done after being severely upcharged ($6000) and misled by another shop. Victory confirmed that I did NOT need my catalytic converters replaced and that they were working fine. The diagnostic included pictures of what needed fixing and I was able to get my car fixed in a timely manner. Pricing is fair and the work is solid. The staff are welcoming and honest and made me feel comfortable as this my first time visiting this part of Statesboro. I will continue to get my car serviced at Victory Auto as long as I'm in town!
10/10 service!!!! They always take care of me like I’m family . At this point I am family and I love it . They Put Christ first and love helping others . They brought my green Camaro back to life for me , for a good price !!!!
Someone recommended Victory Auto on Nextdoor. I decided to take my car in to them to see if they could help me and at first I couldn’t find the location so I called and they were so patient with me and gave great directions. When I got there the customer service kept me there. The receptionist was so warm and inviting and Bubba had a wealth of knowledge and explained everything to me in a way I could understand.
I had a great experience at Victory Auto! They got my car in quickly and ran a diagnostic check to find the problem. They replaced the battery and did a fuel flush, and now my car runs so much smoother! I was really impressed with how efficient they were—good prices, honest work, and they didn’t even have to keep my car overnight.
When I first walked in, they were having a devotional and even invited me to join in. That says so much about who they are and why their work is so effective. God first — and it truly shows in the way they treat people and the quality of their service!
I am always satisfied with every experience I have with them. They have been my saving grace when it comes to keeping my vehicles going!!! Very helpful and always friendly 😁😁

Staff was courteous and professional, and the shop is clean and welcoming. The work needed for my ride required a lot of shop hours and was completed with minimal overruns. The few small speed bumps along the way were able to be handled in a timely, professional manner.
Update 9/9/2025: Bubba Hice called me today and apologized for not repairing my a/c as needed. He wanted me to bring the truck in to get the a/c problem corrected free of charge. I explained that someone else now has the truck in their shop to fix the a/c. He has offered me 2 free oil changes, including labor, oil and filter. I have accepted the offer and appreciate Victory Auto trying to correct their mistake.
I took my 1999 F-150 into Victory Auto on Thursday. because of no a/c cold air. I just picked it up today because John said it was repaired. When I cranked up the truck at their shop, I still didn't have any cold air, just like it was when I first let them work on it. He claimed it was working after he evacuated the refrigerant and recharged. The a/c clutch still will not engage when a/c is turned on, same as before. Wasted $306.
It was a great experience. Fast, friendly and organized customer service. The waiting room is clean, relaxed and peaceful. I couldn’t even hear the impact gun when they rotated my tires. I received a thoughtful gift bag and 10% off my next service. A full service garage that you can trust is hard to come by these days. But here one is. I’ll be back! Thank you very much.
I feel bad for leaving this review because most everyone at Victory Auto was very nice. However they said I needed a new carburetor for 400$ and after I got said carburetor I’ve had nothing but issues, it was running fine before I got the new carburetor, honestly I should of never got it! I even took it back there to fix the issue but even after a second attempt it was still driving terribly, I later found out they didn’t even tighten it down all the way! The only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review is because before the carburetor fiasco they did do a decent job with other things like alignment and equipping my radio. But I still can’t look past them recommending me a carburetor which I probably didn’t need and then screwing up my car in the process and charging me 400$ on top of that!
Really professional, Got my truck fixed in a matter of an hour and a half noted I have already taken my truck to two other shops, and neither one of those two could fix it but victory found the problem and fixed it in no time thank you to all victory staff
