It wasn’t his call but he got the job done because the guy that suppose to have brought it had every excuse and on top of that he stop answering my phone call. The starter went out on my car and Terry arrived in a timely manner, got me and my vehicle to our destination with no issue, and he was very professional and friendly. If I ever need a tow (god forbid), I'll be calling these guys again.
Terry was AMAZING! My vehicle was disabled at the front of my apartment complex, and he came all the way to my apartment and up the stairs just to get my key. He saved me a walk in the heat! He was also here within 15 minutes rather than the suggested 90 minutes! He had a great personality and willingness to help and was very efficient!
My transmission could have been pressured washed it messed up my suv but it's good the service made it alright I would recommend them just ask them to pressure wash your part first
