On my way to work my tire pop, I immediately went online to find a towing company and came across this amazing towing company. Gave them a call, and they had somebody come to me within 20 minutes. Very professional and got me to the tire shop in no time. Definitely recommend.

This company is very expensive, they wanted 250$ for a local tow to take my vehicle from my house to a mechanic shop less than 25miles total. Have paid 75$ with 49 wrecker service before and just paid 130$ to Ackerman Tow Service for my tow and they were great. Giving 2 stars because they actually answered and gave me a quote.
Best of the best! Found myself broken down in Forsyth on a rural road and Michael was quick to respond. Professional, clean and courteous! Hope I never need a tow service again, but if I do, I know who to call.

I’ve used Central Towing twice in the past few weeks because of some unfortunately timed blown tires, and both times they were very cordial and punctual. Jon and Michael both are the epitome of professionalism and I would recommend anyone to use them when you need a tow.

Our technician checked the vehicle out carefully & decided the best / safest method to load it on the ramp. He also made a concerted effort to avoid "damaging our yard / grass", as it was very, very wet from recent rains.
Vehicle was loaded & towed efficiently, plus we were notified via text message on towing progression i.e. when the tow truck was dispatched, expected arrival time of truck, when truck arrived at & was unloaded at repair shop.

Amazing customer service! We were in a bind, another towing company had basically left one of my guys at a gas station for 5 hours without so much as a phone call. At 4 PM I started panicking, I called around trying to find anyone to help. I called 5 companies in Macon. Everyone said the earliest they could get there was the next day.
So I called Central Towing, the very polite gentleman who answered tried to find any way to help us, even at 4 PM. He said he had a guy and he was right down the street! I am beyond thankful. My guy got to go home finally and the van made it to the repair shop. These guys are A++++. I can't begin to express my gratitude. Thank you for rescuing us today!

We were very pleased with Central Towing's professionalism and how quickly they were able to retrieve our truck from the roadside, and deliver it to our home.
Michael's knowledge and experience were evident when I spoke to him on the phone to explain our situation and what we needed.
Other companies that were located much closer to us were all too busy or otherwise unable to help us out, but Central Towing had my truck back in my driveway in less than 2 hours.

Very professional. Towed my company vehicle and after dropping it off at the shop he volunteered to take me up the road to the rental car agency instead of me calling an Uber. I tried to tip him afterwards but he would not take it. Said to fill out the survey instead. I would highly recommend this company
Outstanding service and top notch professionalism. Driver Michael was on time and stopped to explain the entire process in detail before he did any work. I was very very particular about how my brand new 2020 X6 would be moved. It was in a tough location and would require special equipment to safely move it. Michael was 100% attentive to my concerns about damaging the car and/or ruining my lawn due to the car being in my side facing garage. He was able to gently move the car and didn't tear up my grass doing it. The car was safely deliverd to the dealership in time for it's service appointment!!!

Mr driver was very courteous, accomodating, and provided great conversation, the whole way through. He was totally transparent and informative about the issue with my '13 Nissan Altima, the hookup process for my car, and more, and he even gave me a ride to my job which happened to be on the way to his next pickup from the shop he towed me to. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience and it cost me under $100.
I called my insurance company about my needing my car towed. State Farm called Central Towing on my behalf but in 10 minutes I received a call from a nice gentlemen by the name of Michael. I gave him the info he needed to pick up my car. He informed me that he was dispatching a driver and he would be there in 45 min and they would call me when they were on the premises. They were in 30 minutes and he was very professional and polite. I let the fact that they sent a text to let me know that my car arrived at its destination. I would recommend and use them again

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Prompt and professional service! My tow driver Michael was very courteous, and made the trip from Macon to Warner Robins a very pleasant and comfortable one for me. I was so overwhelmed that day with my car being broken down...but the experience I had with Central Towing changed my mood completely. Michael is a wonderful and respectful guy with a great attitude. The price was very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend Central Towing to anyone. They are the BEST!!!!

My girlfriend and I had our transmission blow on the interstate the other night. It was freezing cold and we were on the side of the road and she was fairly distraught. Central Recovery had us picked up in less than 15 minutes and got us home within an hour.
