Horrible Business!!! I don’t understand how they’ve survived. You call to get information of some sort and the “lady” (if she can be call that) very rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t recommend nobody to this so call “business”

Definetly rudest people on earth, dont even bother to call them! World is a better place without them. Edit : Lol they call you a liar when they know they can fix what they do, you guys do not deserve a dime you make with this point of view. It is really not hard to be nice to people, especially when they need help at night time.
Panther has a wonderful young gentleman by the name of Logan he is very kind and understanding but there is an older gentleman in the office who just verbally assaulted my husband, calling him a Pu**y and a dumbas*....ya know it's really sad to see companies behave in this manor, I will now make sure to let everyone know to never go with your company...all because we cancelled a tow that we didn't even call you for in the first place! We only use Towboyz and after this experience this is 100% the reason ...I hope Logan finds a better company to work for he truly was a sweetheart
Tried getting a quote on how much it would be to haul my pick-up to a shop, and immediately was shut down by the woman who answered the phone. She said, “ Yeah, I’m not going to give you that.” rudely and hung up the phone before I could get into detail. Rubbed me the wrong way, even though I’m sure the actual towing service is good. Customer service was terrible and not inviting.
The tow truck driver did a good job of pulling me out of a side road where I got stuck in some dried out ruts in the road. Total cost to do so....was $650.00. Had to sign a release to the company before he pulled me out opting them out of any accountability of damage.
Panther Towing is non reliable and they flick off people and they make other people go off the road they are not a good business I do not recommend Juan the driver is very disrespectful and rude the truck is not clean
I had my vehicle towed to the local dealership for electronic repairs. During the transfer Panther bent the front tire rod which shredded my tire. Now they are denying responsibility for the damage and the night operator hung up on me. So unprofessional and rude! Good thing my husband took video and pictures of them loading my vehicle to present to our lawyer. Ridiculous!
Had to call about one of the flatbed driver. Almost ran me off the road when the driver came around the corner at a very high speed. If I wasn't a professional driver myself it would have been an head on Collision. Called the company about it. No response
I'm glad there is still towing companys out there like this. I came down to visit my son and my car broke down on me and i was stuck on the interstate with my disabled husband. I call a few towing companies and they all told me two plus hours. Then I call panther towing and they told they could be were I was at in 30 minutes and they had a great prices to. The driver Shawn was very polite and kind and professional. He even helped my disabled husband to the tow truck and helped him get in. THIS IS THE ONLY TOW COMPANY I WILL USE WHEN I COME TO FORT PIERCE AND NEED A TOW. THANK YOU SHAWN YOU'RE KINDNESS WILL TAKE YOU FAR IN LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My car was not able to start today, and I had to get it towed, I was amazed how punctual and kind the drive was, this is by far the best tow truck company I have ever had to help me.

Scheduled an appointment to have my truck towed to the repair shop. I got home earlier than expected and they had a truck at my house in less than 20 mins. Great customer service and you definitely can't beat the prices. Highly recommend.
I rented a uhaul from these guys.they gave me a clean brand new truck to use and had me in and out in no time. No wait time. Their service is outstanding. I will definitely use their services again
This is an awesome family owned business. I was stuck on the side of Florida’s turnpike with a separated tire and these guys came to the rescue. All other companies were telling me it would be up to four hours bc of my 1 ton truck. One of the brothers from panther towing was out in an hour and had me hooked up and on our way. Definitely recommend if you’re in a jam. Thanks panther towing!
